AWFUL BUSINESS OUTFIT WITH ZERO VALUES - BUNCHOF CROOKS INSURANCE AND YOU STILL DO NOT GET YOUR MONRY BACK- EVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASING A TICKET. NO MORALS WHATSOEVER.
My experience mirrors every negative review of eSky, and my added warning to other travellers is that this company also has a sophisticated technology platform that replicates other airlines so you may not even be aware that you are booking on ESky. I booked BahamasAir, and the website replicated the BahamasAir brand, charged to my credit card using BahamasAir as the listed charge, and only when I investigated further did I realize the nefarious way in which ESky had done this. This company misrepresents itself at every stage of its business transactions; its operations are worse than incompetent and verging on criminal
Customer service was nowhere to be seen when in emergency, no flexibility on my reservation when needed, excessive commission for any service and really insufficient replies when eventually came through. They control the reservation and the only way to do anything is through their platform only when they allow you to do so and if they see your request on time.
Really lame OTA, do not choose them.
I bought an airline ticket through ESKY.com because they advertised discount fees. I did not realize until later this was a total lie as they offer no discount prices at all but add on without consent a fee in excess of all traditional airline fees. Esky.com charged me a $90 extra fee that was not disclosed but just added on. I refused to sign on as an ESKY customer thus never had access to their terms and conditions or or to be able to consent or not consent to their undisclosed fees. When I became aware of the excess fees I tried to cancel but the company could not be reached at all. I called the airline and tried to cancel the flight to no avail. I now see the extremely poor business rating on Etsky and the customer complaints so numerous only every fourth complaint can be listed due to space constraints. I also attempted to challenge their undisclosed fees through my credit card company but was not successful in the time allotted.
PLEASE BEFORE YOU BOOK- READ TRUST PILOT AND THE 100'S OF DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
THIS COMPANY IS DODGY AND HAS VERY LITTLE INTEGRITY. GO ELSEWHERE FOR PEACE OF MIND- THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT I BOOKED THE WRONG DATE WHEN THE CAPTURE BELOW CLEARLY SHOWS MY DATES.

They canceled my booking because THEIR WEBSITE couldn't PROCESS A SIMPLE CREDIT CARD. I even tried multiple cards that I know work. Worst thing they DIDNT EVEN TELL ME my payment didn't go through so the prices rose. Why would I do this? Happened to my friend using Latam airlines and she got her booking back the same price. Never use Esky ever it's terribly customer service as well. Book straight with airline or use Expedia or any other company. This one needs to go bankrupt.

My husband and son had reserved flights for Santa Ana. I had bad feelings from the start, but Hubby said ‘you worry too much!' Glad I did. The itinerary print out was totally generic. No flight number, their names were nowhere, no real info at all. I called the airlines. They tried for 10 minutes to find the reservations. The Rep asked me their names again, and said ‘I pulled up all the info, but those aren't the names under the reservations.' My husband and son would have missed their flights, with no refund or explanation. We will never book flights from anyplace but Experian again!
Extremely disappointed! Terrible service! Zero communication! Absolutely no response to my request to change dates in over 4 days - how does that even work?! For a travel Agency?! I am beyond shocked at this appalling service :(
I wanted to buy flights, so I filled out the form and gave my credit card info for billing purposes. Teh esky site came back with "there's a problem with your credit card" or something like that. So, I filled out the form using ANOTHER credit card, and got the same answer. I've never had trouble using either credit card. Why did their site say this? Did they just want to get the info?
The bizarre and upsetting experience I've just had with eSky can only lead me to advise anyone to avoid them like the plague.
I booked a flight and, a couple of weeks after, I received an email vaguely stating that 'the airline' had changed the dates of the flight and asking me to accept a return flight TWO WHOLE DAYS later than the one I had paid for.
The options on the linked form were to accept this, reject it and try to get a refund, or ask to see other dates/times. (Please note: once you pick one of these options, the form doesn't allow you to change your mind) I picked the third option and the statement: 'Thank you, we have received your suggestion for a different travel date. We will check the available options and contact you to determine the details of the change' appeared on the page.
A couple of weeks went by and I heard nothing. The time came when, for a pressing combination of work and personal reasons, I needed to know my return date. With less than two weeks left until departure, I tried to contact them to ask about alternative dates and also stated my willingness to go with the two-day flight delay they suggested due to the urgency of my having to pin my travel dates down. I was startled to see that they had no phone number and could only be contacted by an email form.
I emailed them. Two days went by with no reply and my situation became desperate so I emailed again. No reply beyond the automated message that they had received my email and 'a consultant' would get back to me. I emailed three times a day over three days, by the end of which time I was imploring them to respond. Nothing.
The last straw came when the email contact form froze - it was as if I had been locked out of the system. I tried on several devices and browsers but the fields were greyed out when I tried to click on them, whereas everywhere else on the site was still working. Whether I personally had been blocked or if their system is set up to only allow a certain number of messages through from each customer, I don't know. Given that this is the only way to contact them, each possibility is as reprehensible as the other. Is this even legal?
Cancelling my travel was not an option and I simply had to know what dates I was travelling, so I took the only step I could: I booked entirely new flights directly with an airline, something I can ill-afford to do.
I believe I should be entitled to a full refund but seeing as I can't even contact eSky, I am not holding my breath. I will never use a third-party booking company again and will use every opportunity to warn people about eSky.
They deserve zero stars. Avoid using Esky. Emails never get answered by a human. Book directly with airline and save yourself the frustration of using a third party.
Booked flights and paid £926.26 only found out no booking had been made when I checked with Ryan air. No communication from E Sky. After loads of attempts managed to speak to someone who confirmed no booking had taken place. An error! They wanted to re book and me pay again, I refused and said i need the money back before I can re book. As the booking had not been made they offered a full refund. 10 days later no promised e mail or refund. I have had to open a sec 75 claim with my bank. Do not use this company at best they are incompetent at worst crooked and little better that scammers. Use them at your peril. Their customer service is practically non existent and unhelpful if you do get through
My pending booking was eventually cancelled by esky promising a refund which was never received.

Honestly one of the WORST decision I made in my life!
First booking was so easy, I mean of course everything will be easy until they take your money BUT then if you have some problems in my case I needed to cancel the flight because the country I was suppose to fly closed the borders so I didn't have a choice!
Guess what, no return policy, no vouchers nothing!
And YES I took the policy insurance that is so poorly explained, so when I contact the policy insurance from Prague they told me all the things WHY can't I have my money back, and non of those reasons were listed here in Esky.
They will do every hidden way to not return your money (at least some) even tho I was not guilty for not managing to take the flight.
I learns my lesson to never pay my flights more than 50e. And to always use low cost airlines.
If you are reading this and considering yourself intelligent, run away from this service it's the biggest scam ever.
P.s. This is the first time I'm doing any review EVER, so you can imagine how pissed and disappointed I am.

Contacted KLM since they used their flights and they told me can't understand because they speak Spanish they're located in Peru. E sky is a bull$#*! fraudulos steelers that still money from everyone.

This website is a joke you tipe everything to book a tickets and they come out with a diferent thing for you to get charged and ti contact e destinos it's not way to do it don't ever loose your time booking true then is s big scam
Bought 2 tickets from esky to fly with Lying Air to Malaga, due to Covid within family (& contact) we could'nt fly.
We have taken out insurance cover with the Post Office so all I need is a letter from esky to state 'no show'. Completely wasting my time, asked repeatedly for this letter and they dont respond. DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT.
I booked a hotel reservation on their site. Cancellatio policy stated full refund if cancelled within the same day as booking. I cancelled the reservation within one hour of booking. Now they refuse to refund the full amount. They state their policy is never give full refund. They are keeping over $400 of my money even though I cancelled within the timeline their site stated. This is wrong and unfair! Very bad business tactics. Do not trust this company with your business nor money.
Sitting here over 8 hours after the airline opened check in and still no boarding pass from esky. They use the excuse that the airline hasn't opened check in - this is a bare-faced lie and I am in doubt that I have just been robbed. I paid for insurance with these scam artists as well. I will not be able to sleep tonight and see no point in packing and going to the airport as they will not answer queries and WILL NOT PROVIDE BOARDING PASS.
DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY
You will be ripped off, stressed out and you will fly nowhere

Answer: You can't if you book through eSky. ESky refused to cancel my flight even though the airlines allowed it. ESky is the only one that can make changes with the airline if you book your ticket through them.
Answer: Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
