Avoid! Changed my flight home by over a week! Asked for a refund still no response! Ring up and they say they don't no what happens! Can't rebook till I've had my refund so ruined everything for me and my kids. Avoid at all cost! Booking reference if by chance they might sort it out is *******020 if not I will keep posting everywhere till I get a response.

My booking on eSkys site ended up in a technical error and a message try again later. I hadgot as far as payment of the ticket when I got this message. I then went on and booked the trip with the airline directley. I go to my mail to see my confirmation and to my surprice There is also a confirmation from eSky even though I got the error message. So I now have to tickets for the same flight. Have tried to get some respons from eSky, I got one mail from Ahmed that asked for my booking number for the flight I booked with the airline. I provided eSky with the number and then there was nothing but silence. I still have to tickets. I Will contact the airline and tell them to cancel the one booked thru eSky, my money are I believe lost forever. That's how eSky handel there business. Take peoples money and then nothing. Crap-company. Don't use eSky ever.

You book or change a flight with eSky and it takes forever for the process to be finalized and for you to get an eTicket. If you want to choose your seats, you have to call back once again after your eTicket, to choose. The whole process took me days to finalize. I don't know how they stay in business!

Don't even think about booking with Esky. They never respond to any of your emails. Impossible to contact. I couldn't alter my flights and as a result had to book alternative flights

ESKY.COM is notorious for scamming people. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SITE. OR DO SO AND RISK LOOSING YOUR HAD EARNED MONEY.

Don't bother with esky. Book directly with the airline. You will waste your money working with them. They cheated me out of $120 that I never would have had to pay if I booked directly with Delta.

I was looking for a flight and thought that ESky was a service provider for Allegiant. I suppose the company pays money to get their search results to show way higher than everyone else. I was surprised that the flight was more expensive than what I saw on my search after I selected it (+26). Added cancellation onto the ticket. Realized shortly after booking that this did not include a carry-on bag. Somehow the mention you get a carry-on, but they put it in metric so you don't realize that the carry-on is actually a personal item. If you showed up at the airport and tried to bring a carry-on, you get dinged with a $50 charge. Tried to cancel with them 10 MINUTES AFTER BOOKING. Sorry sir, you will be charged $45 to cancel the flight. WTF! I just booked, with insurance. Can't believe that they don't allow a 24 hour grace period for a flight that is 2 months away. Seems like one of the worst companies. I guess I learned my lesson. Had to pay an additional $20 for a carry-on bag. I will never deal with those jerks again!

Dramatische services. Ik heb een boeking gedaan van amsterdam naar spanje en terug 18 juli t/m 28 juli. Ik heb nooit een boekingsbevestiging gehad. Contact kan alleen via een contact formulier en dan heb je een boekingscode nodig. Echter komt hier ook geen reactie op.
Geen boekingscode in de betalingsomschrijving. Dus kunnen helemaal niks.
Maar wel het geld van me rekening.
Belachelijke slecht en hopelijk doet iedereen eerst research voordat ze bij Esky gaan boeken.

Esky is definitely fraudulent
Esky is definitely fraudulent. This is 9months since cancellation of 2 flight bookings but they have refused to refund. Full of lies lies and lies. Everyone needs to know to avoid loosing money to scams and frauds like Esky. Shameless thieves.
They keep apologising but nothing is done. Keep yr apologies and do yr job. Refund customers money and save explanations. How can a company sit on a customers thousands of pound for up to 10months and say they are working hard to meet yr needs.
You are jokes because I am taking you to court to get back my stolen money and the stress you have caused me.

We booked accomodation in Langebaan SA and on arrival the place did not look like in the pictures. It was run down, had no covid sanitation measures in placeand needed some serious maintenance. We wanted our money back as we had to go somewhere else to get better accomodation. It has been a week and we have still not received our money back. They send us an email that they will resolve it soon but it had been almost a week and they just dont come back to us despite sending 3 emails do enquire about the problem. Seriously dissatisfied with their aftercare service. They were quick to take my money but now no client service.

Its been over a year and still waiting for a refund. They cancelled our flights with no refund. Please dont waste your money, SCAMMERS!

Flight cancelled due to covid-19 and have not gotten a refund even after 14months.

When contacted via email, they give a generic reply which is of no help at all.

I would consider my money gone.

I booked a round-trip flight on Silver Airways with esky.com. The return flight was substantially delayed... to the point where we would have missed our connecting flight. I talked to Silver Airways and they confirmed I was entitled to a refund. I also read their Contract of Carriage and it confirmed that we were entitled to a refund (because the delay was greater than 90 minutes and because it would cause us to miss our connection. Because I booked with esky.com, the airline said I needed to request the refund from them. I contacted eSky and they're just giving me the runaround. First their said there was no delay. I provided emails from Silver Airways confirming the delay as well as a screenshot of the Silver Airways website showing the flight status. Then they said the delay was less than 4 hours, so I wasn't entitled to a refund. I quoted the Contract of Carriage (90 minutes or missed connections = refund). At that point they went back to saying there was no delay, so I'm not entitled to a refund. Do not book with esky.com... they are a fraudulent organization.

I ordered 2 tickets to fly via Allegiant airlines via Esky. I never received confirmation via email. There is NO phone number to contact them. They never replied to single email. My credit card flagged transaction as possibly fraudulent but then confirmed charges were legit. Luckily, I was able to deal directly with Allegiant (honest broker in the deal) to confirm I had tickets, confirmation of flight and they supplied boarding passes. Other than credit card transaction, I never had not even one email from Esky. No confirmation, no boarding passes, NOTHING! Allegiant states Esky is 3rd party broker and while legit company, they do not recommend them.If there had been any need to change or refund flight, I'm sure that would have been impossible with just a loss of my money. Buyer beware, do not use this company!

Be careful of Esky! Dont use Esky never again! Be careful! They will take your money and never give you a confirmation to your ticket and blame it on the airline without any proof! Be careful! Don't use this agency! They took my money and never sent me a confirmation to my flight! It looks legit on google. They respond to email, but they will never give you your ticket! Don't trust them!

We bought a flight ticket from Brussels to Bangkok. But due to medical reasons we had to cancel. Eventhough we bought an extra insurance and we were fully within the regulations of a full refund, eSky simply refuses to refund us. Nor do they anything to help us out. €500 is a lot of money and we are entitled to get it back.
ESky is nothing less then a criminal organisation. They offer tickets with insurance, but when something goes wrong they just keep your money and refuse help.
Never use them!

E-sky is the biggest scam
E-sky is the biggest scam. We purchased a total of 5 airline tickets for the exact same flight, date, and time. We purchased 2 of those tickets through e-sky. The other merchant has refunded our monies for the canceled flights due to COVID, and e-sky continues to LIE and say that the airline is not refunding the tickets when we that to be false. We already received a refund from the other online travel agency but e-sky continues to blame the airline. Communication with them is also nearly impossible, the worst customer service. PLEASE DO NOT USE E-SKY to purchase your travel tickets. This is supposed to be a happy time, as we were all planning to travel as a family to our country and we have lost a few thousand dollars because e-sky is refusing to refund us the money.
