First off I would like to thank the rental associate that assisted me with the whole rental process. She was polite. Informative and very skilled. She walked me through the entire process letting me know what all was covered and she didn't hassle me into any coverage I didn't want. The car was very clean fun to drive and extremely reliable. It drove like a high dollar luxury car with all the trinkets of one as well. I will definitely be renting again soon. Also I will recommend Enterprise to all my friends and family!

Another great rental from Enterprise!
I'm a high volume business renter and appreciate the nearby location. I'm also very flexible as to vehicle so I appreciate the variety of vehicles this location has put me into. I also like availability of pickup and drop off weekend mornings to avoid busy times am Monday/pm Friday and allow for my schedule getting back after business hours on Friday nights. I'm a Platinum level frequent renter so I accumulate points during business use to apply towards my personal rentals. Very attentive customer service counter representatives at Scottsville Road Bowling Green KY location plus manager Ms. Henry runs a great branch here.

Customer experience was perfect. My choice of vehicle was readily available. It was clean and I believe a new vehicle to their rental fleet. I was able to get a ride to the car dealership as well. Very happy with the reservation process, choice of rental fleet and customer experience. The location I used was on Moana Dr, Reno NV.
