Amazing experience on the heels of a not so great experience with another rental company. I needed a rental for over a month. It was a last minute need and I was able to get a reservation in a car the same day. I love that I can modify the reservation online. The entire process was hassle free and transparent and I will definitely use them again!

Took a jeep gladiator out camping for a week. Easy check in and check out, had no issues and had a great time. They have good customer support and good quality. They also had newer vehicles! Thanks again Enterprise!

I am an executive customer with National Car Rental as I have rented cars numerous times with National and also with Enterprise.
This time I rented from Enterprise using my National profile. I rented a full size car this time. When I got to the Enterprise counter at the Norfolk airport, I wanted to ask if I could get a hatchback car instead of a sedan. The person that helped me (a man) told me that yes but will have to redo my reservation and charge much more. When I asked him why was that, in a bad manner he answered that you didn't ask for a hatchback model. With National that is not how they serve clients. Then he said that I have to wait 15 minutes for him to get me a full size car, or I could get a Nissan Sentra instead. I replied a is san Sentra is not a full size car. I insisted on getting what I reserved, or if someone else can help me.
Then he returned my drivers license and told me, "sorry I cannot help you any more". When I asked if he cannot help me, he said I won't help you and tried to call another client waiting. I approached another person on the counter and request for the manager. The manager came out from the back and did my reservation and got a full size sedan car.

I might not reserve a car from Enterprise again and stay with National for the service a loyal customer should receive.
