The first time choosing the pre-paid gas option at the rate indicated was very deliberately in my opinion, deceptive and charged $33.62 more than I should have been charged. This is not a small amount so I am very unhappy with Enterprise and will think twice when choosing a rental next time. It is sad too as I was so happy with the rental up until this happened.

Horrific. Nissan Rogue I rented has mechanical problems. I notified them immediately and it took weeks to switch to a better rental.

Only one staff works at this location. Took over 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle and over half an hour to drop it off. When I picked up the car, they only put 1/4 of a tank of gas. I added gas and returned the car with almost a full tank. Key fob battery alert on during the three day rental.

This was effortless. The staff was very helpful and prompt. We rented for the day as we drive our RV with nothing in tow to see Gettysburg. The picked us up and picked up the car the following day.

I have used Enterprise 4 times. Each time was unique never the same however each employee has been friendly, courteous and if a mistake or misunderstanding occurs they always try to fix it.

I expected to be rushed, hurried and pushed through. I was not I was treated as though I felt like a family member. They were gracious and kind always there to help even when I was having trouble tied up at work at home, whatever they worked with me in every situation and I had the car for many months I cannot think the Texas office in Mesquite the management and the staff there are amazing and all stores should be measured around this one and the way they act the way they treat people. It was all around an amazing experience as far as trying to rent a car thank you all for everything.
