Good initial service, but I don't like being charged for services I did not ask for. I tired returning the car but there is no key drop off. I dropped off the car at their lot and did not use it. This is 2025, how can there be no key drop off box. Therefore, I was charged for the entire memorial days weekend, plus Tuesday.
Car had a cigarette smell the made me nauseous. I requested another vehicle but none were available at the time.

Body shop set up a rental for us two days prior economy style not compact we got there. The lady said she only had one available smallest compact I've ever seen. I wouldn't have felt safe driving it much less putting my wife in it. Car hadn't been clean trash throughout the floorboards Bad smell. The whole process was a joke.

Jessica was extremely helpful and genuine. She made a difficult situation easier. We were forced into a car long term because ours was stolen and her actions of listening to a customer vent although the situation being irrelevant to her meant so much more than she could have anticipated. I typically use Avis because of work discounts and was using enterprise because of insurance. Due to my experience with her I will always consider enterprise as well now.
