Returning the vehicle was horrible. I needed a ride home Dara told me right away no one could take me home because customers were waiting. I said in return im I not a customer? She went to speak to the manager Colin's and his response was She just gotta wait. ITS NOT WHAT WAS SAID IT WAS HOW IT WAS SAID.before she could even tell me I let it be known I heard him. I was very angry. Once he knew I heard him he got up and asked an other employee to drop me off. The young man was very polite. He was apologizing for tway i was treated. When I first walk in there's a young man sleep at a desk. Down town Brockton has been the location is have used every time I decided to rent a vehicle. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION. I WILL TRAVEL for better customer service. Envy and Mighty where are you?

Returned the car with a full tank but was charged a $50 refueling fee and the receipt says it was at 3/8ths a tank. Thieving liars over at Enterprise I guess. Won't pick up a phone either. Wish I could put 0 stars.

The experience was easy, professional and organize. The staff was friendly, informative we receive an upgrade which we highly need it for the amount of suitcases that we had. The SUV but shows like butter it was such a smooth ride and we enjoyed the whole time that we had it learning new things about the SUV, make me want to purchase one just like it myself again thank you so much for the experience of using Enterprise as our car rental service. The location I went to the staff was completely amazing they were very helpful and actually made my day when I went to pick up my rental. On Memorial Day they were closed but staff was there working hard to get the rentals in they're an amazing team and I really appreciate their services
