My experience with the customer service was impeccable. Now I would disagree about the car that was chosen for me. I did not like the Sonata, but I tell you the hospitality and the love that was given from staff made the card very much durable..

Our car blew the engine and we were hundreds of miles from home. So stressed to say the least. Googled Enterprise for where we were. From call to pickup went smoothly. Then after returning home I asked a closer Enterprise if I could return it there and got "absolutely". Dropped it off, checked out and we were done. Easy all the way around.

When I dropped the car off for return, the employee was super nice and he also apologized for my dry experience with the employee that handled my transaction upon picking the rental car up, she didn't say much, she didn't do a walk with me to point out damages, just basically took my payment and handed me the keys, which I always rent cars from enterprise all the time, I only deal with them, and they have gotten better but this particular day wasn't a good one so I'm not gone let this one bad experience make me part ways with enterprise, that employee just needs more training on her people skills.

The first car I was assigned had an issue the would impact safety. (To no fault of their own) They noticed before I had left and without hesitation assigned me a defect free vehicle. They were super friendly and answered every question I had clearly and effectively. When it comes to customer service they were top notch. I will definitely rent from enterprise again. Shout out to the Billings Montana branch.

The staff at Enterprise was great. The only item of concern I had was the vehicle itself, which vibrated more than normal during braking. Someone needs to check the brake pads and rotors ASAP.
