Needed to add baggage - you say contact the airline - airline says it must be done thorugh you. Waited over 30 minutes and your 'hotline' was not answered. Saved £54 on the flight and will lose over 90$ on the bags. Eventually spoke to one of your reps who couldn't / wouldn't help. Thinking of cancelling edreams subscription

Bad deal

I was keen to get a deal with 24 hours changes possibilities and I also paid for this option, but indeed when I needed to have a hold luggage and needed to pay for it, I was directed to deal directly with the aviation company. As I had two different companies for the whole trip, it was not possible to get a definite solution.
