The site was fairly easy to navigate but did not like that there was no opting out of the free trial for Prime.

The advertised rate was not delivered, having input all my flight details it then said because flight prices are live the new price was circa £80pp more. If you advertise a price you should be committed to it or else you may as well advertise the flights at say £1
Compare various ticket prices with ease and the options provided is clear. However, need to improve on the details of checked in luggage allowance as we could not certain how much are we allowed to checked in for long journey travelling as it is not indicated clearly when we did the booking online.
Booking on the site was quick. Yet to receive final confirmation and tickets. I am however concerned about luggage arrangements as i booked a local flight but I would be coming in from a different country. The overall process seems simple but seems to take some time to finalize.

The booking experience was good and the price was somewhat reasonable compared to most other bookings.
Finding flights was simple and quick. Working through the options relating to bagfage and seats etc was easy and clearly explained.
It was smooth and easy and the agents were very very helpful through it all.
It was great ill be booking again i recived emails every step of the way. It made my travel experience excellent. Im a very happy customer

Very expensive for checked in baggage. Was happy with the ticket price then to realise baggage was about 50€ for one bag was abit of a let down. Also there is a membership they pretty much make you get or you have to pay more for your ticket which is ridiculous when your already paying so much..

After my other flight was canceled I was worried about making it to work and purchased a last minute ticket. Ms Davis at checking was not only helpful to me but helpful to everyone there! She answered all of my questions and sent people in the right direction. She deserved a raise! The gate agent explained open seating and the flight had great snacks that everyone loved. When arriving to my connection we didn't have to get off the plane and I love that. The flight attendant was cheerful and the flight was only delayed by 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend eDreams and Denver air. Thank you Ms Davis for all you do!
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
