Poor site

The booking was done OK, but getting the itinerary was difficult. Worse, my first credit card was refused but the site has kept its details on file, although no permission was granted. It also kept the second credit card on file, again without permission. Additionally it insists that i am the passenger although i was buying the ticket for someone else. I would avoid this site.

Bought 5 plane tickets to go to Mexico from Chicago, Dec 2023. On the way back there was problems with our flight being overbooked. We apparently bought a ticket but didn't pay for a seat. We couldn't get on our flight and was stranded in Mexico with no where to go for a week. There was at least 50 other people in the same situation as us. We had paid for insurance and extra luggage. They REFUSED to reimburse us. It was our fault, everything was our fault and they took no responsibility for overbooking a flight. Even with us paying $220 extra per person for insurance, plus $200 for extra luggage we didn't get a penny back. Called customer service which was a waste of time. BAD COMPANY, STEALERS!
