I am a Prime Member and as such promised faster service when contacting the help desk via the chat, I needed to ask at least 5 times for a live agent and after nearly an hour I gave up, this is NOT a fast track service as promised.

Fantastic easy process everything was simple and easy will choose again

The price of our air tickets was fair.
HOWEVER - I have not been able to select seating on the 4 flights and I have nobody to talk to at Edreams.
I tried using the confirmation number with the airlines and they said to call a foreign number - thanks - I don't want to sit on the phone long distance and wait my turn. NOW - far too many distracting ads for car rentals, hotels, Edreams addons - for "extra" services - which I would normally get from Expedia and Google. Why pay more what others offer for free?. But it doesn't stop and the website keeps nudging and confusing (the elderly!) user. If I need a hotel or a car - I'll push the tab - but please don't waste my time searching for "to continue" button hidden somewhere on the page.

Pretty quick and straight forward.
I was being offered add-ons repeatedly.
But the price is as initially advertised.
Professional and good service Im satisfied with e-dreams and I will definetely use them again.
When I search my air ticket, kayak guided me to eDream, it was so clear and easier to operate and I got more discount.
Very good experience that gave me the opportunity to book our vacation in a few minutes
I was very happy with the booking process however i have now been charged for an EDreams Prime subscription that i was unaware of. I have requested a refund, so please ensure this happens.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
