This is my first time plane tickets this was my first time. I will choose again
Had a litlle stress, when got confirmation for first flight, but didn't got the confirmation about return flight (more than 12 hours), but then with help of support, everything was fixed.
Keep it up and don't change as others do u just continue improving
Everything was going fine until I made the last click and then went to the email. Edreams gave a discount with a free trial, then you find out it is not that great because if you are not careful you will be charged nearly £100. When you try to get out of it, you find you cannot do it online but waste time phoning them.
Easy to schedule my flights and car rental.

I booked and paid for the flights without any problem. When I decided later to adda suitcase, the app wouldn't let me. I tried again and it refused to accept my credit card, despite there being over 5,000€ available on the card. I tried with another card and received the first message again, unable to add luggage. I had to call a UK telephone number from my landline in Spain at great expense to add a suitcase by telephone instead of using the app. Not impressed!
Booking made easy. A lot of updates on the booking as days go by. A positive impression as any changes are communicated well ahead of time to avoid last minute embarrassments.
It is nearly 10 years since I booked flights on-line and I found once having gone to SkyScanner and then choosing the eDreams flight option, the whole process was quite straightforward and I am over 80!

I didn't realise at first that I was signing up for a yearly subscription and the site kind of leads you to doing that. I don't require that amount of usage.

Title says it all. I hate flying now. It used to be a great joy. Now it sucks in every way, but you always find ways to make it worse, and cost more. Nobody gives a $#*! about as as human beings. We are just a source to squeeze money from. I hate airlines. I still like planes, though.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
