EDreams definitely did the job. I got my flights cheaper than anywhere I could find. Haven't got on them yet so there's still time for there to be issues I suppose. But so far I got cheap flights which is what I wanted. However the site/app has too many pop ups and send way to many marketing emails and the amount of time sit asks me to keep my prime membership is crazy. I feel if it was a tiny bit less in your face and annoying I would have more trust for the site.

Emailed straight after booking after noticing a competitor offering the same flight with free seat allocations and one bag under plane for cheaper. Was rejected because they couldn't be bothered to click the link I sent to go to next steps despite the conditions saying it should still be valid and accessible by them, and because the seats/bags do not match (they give them, and are still cheaper). Highly not recommended.

Website was confusing and didn't work properly and I ended up calling customer service, which was also difficult as no information on the website. I did manage to book in the end and from there things were smoother.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
