The experience was not smooth

The main issue was a communication failure during the booking process, which left me uncertain whether I had completed the reservation at all. In addition, the process was repeatedly interrupted by intrusive pop-ups of advertisements and promotions, which disrupted the flow and made it difficult to complete the booking smoothly.
Another problem was the Prime program offer presented during registration. The offer was unclear, distracting, and interfered with the booking process. I was unable to understand the relevance of this offer to the flight ticket purchase. All this lack of clarity forced me to contact customer support by phone. To their credit, the support team provided clear explanations and helped reassure me.
However, my attempt to reach Prime program support failed. I was left waiting on the line for over half an hour before I finally gave up.

Super easy to book and got a great deal!

Booking my flight through eDreams was really straightforward. The site was easy to navigate, and I found a good deal pretty quickly.
