Thieves, avoid. Please read the newspapers. Do not fall for this Scam Company. You have ZERO PROTECTION! Stole €2,120 from elderly couple almost 80 years old. My partners father had to cancel next day due to heart problem. We had paid insurance with them aswell. They literally took the lot! Unreal. Incident occurred last year. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY AND THEY ARE 100% RUTHLESS! Now because of my negative review, they have just reached out for "More Information" EDreams did not want to know anything regarding this case prior to my negative review. I am prepared for more "STONEWALLING" by EDreams. Once THEY GET - YOUR MONEY, it's NEVER coming back! Sort this out and I will ammend my review(s), on Trustpiliot, and an any and all other Apps and websites, accordingly, and in the interest of fairness.
Après une première mauvaise expérience ou edreams a refusé de me rembourser un vol annulé, ils refusent de me rembourser un prime.
J'ai les preuves de mails en 2022 ou je demande résiliation et remboursement car je n'ai pas eu de mail m'avertissant de mon abonnement chez prime.
Aujourd'hui, ils nient et me rejettent la faute dessus.

I've been asking for a refund after a cancellation of my flight in June 2022 and still nothing.
You can see below the conversation I had with them they lie all the time.
I've been calling them maybe 10 times, every time a new person asking for your problem and telling you they will resolve it quick.
Last time someone told me this, they send me en email as a proof "yes I'm 2 weeks you'll have your refund" and months later still nothing.
NEVER BUY something unless you never want to see your money back.
Can't believe they lie to you on the phone and steal from that many people.
They could just tell me how long instead of lying giving me fake answer just to satisfy me.They even debit me money about « prime » that I don't know about.
First time using really, satisfied with the service very easy to book and we get the best results.

I just needed a ticket for a flight from Madrid to Paris, that's it. Should be a simple thing to issue.
Easy to book by following steps. Maybe information about luggage price should be displayed immediately.
I got great deal. I got all details via email, very easy with all the links I need.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
