I have chosen and paid extra for 3 seats for our family. At the plane our child had to be relocated due to it is not allowed for kids under 12 to seat next the emergency exit. I understand tge rules, but I don't accept to be charged for service which can't be delivered.

It was. Last minute book, end with less headache by helping me finding the best flights. Thank you so much
Unfortunately during my booking I had presented my French telephone number. But when booking is completed, I see my another number is attached to my name. And I have not possibility on you web site to chenge a telephone number as a contact detail. After my payment, regardless of pressing Button DO NOT remember my bank card detail, details of my card were stored on site and it was registerd as PERIODICAL payment. Frustrating.

Everything was in order, we received the tickets on time, the seats were also special.
The only thing I got the problem was when I wanted to add only one bag or for one person it comes for all travellers. I don't know why, other than that, it was ok.
I was trying to afford to go see my daughter and edreams made that possible.
Hello, Since I started using the app I have been surprised by how many good offers to go on vacation, at fair prices. This is the good part. But Light comes with darkness so... I had crashes with the app... it practically stopped responding to commands... I had to restart the search 3 times and the 4th time everything went well. I wish you a beautiful day!

Website errored several times at checkout, no confirmation of booking. I then booked on another website and then later received confirmation from eDreams. I now have two seats on the same flight. I have contacted the help line, submitted a ticket and have not been contacted since. Terrible service

I have made my booking so easy and they send my confirmation quickly as i can recommend to my friends and family member in their future travel.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
