Second problem: when I booked it never indicated that I cannot take a handbag luggage! Only sthg I can put under the seat. How strange I travel a lot but never without the the minimal luggage...no words

Espantosa. Tenía una te buena imagen de Edreams, hasta hace unos días.
Compre un boleto a un valor, a las horas me dijeron que aumentaba, lo pago. Y luego me entero que los asientos que yo pague x un valor alto, ahora me dan otros de menos valor.
No me reconocen el dinero para darme el asiento que yo pague, se escudan en la aerolínea. E hice la prueba y lo seguían vendiendo a ese mismo valor que yo pague. Una estafa, un robo al cliente.

I recently purchased two online tickets through the eDreams application for a flight from Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN), Germany, to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Istanbul, on August 25th. However, I requested a change to reschedule the flight to August 26th, departing from Düsseldorf Airport, Germany, to Istanbul.
I have checked the application, but it appears that the flight has not yet been updated. Could you please confirm the status of my request at your earliest convenience?

Just know there is no such thing as free carry on, unfortunately it's industry wide
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
