After contracting a full insurance with economybookings, the company renting the car refuses to accept it and conditions me to take their own insurance in order to rent me the car. After a discussion with them, the hole thing is cancelled, as their insurance was three time more expensice than the one I had already contracted in the Economybookings site.
I am still waiting for a reply from Economybookings when I told them about the issue already three weeks ago and of course, no reply neither refund of my internet mayment.

I have booked rental car on EconomyBooking.com and taken a car Insurance at the time of booking. Once I was reached(with family) to car rental location ACO car rental, Miami at 8 pm they asked me to cancel booking with EconomyBooking.com and they will do fresh booking for me by paying double money, even I have invoice from EconomyBooking. They force me to take Insurance with them and also sun pass by paying $200 extra. They have mentioned EconomyBooking is a fraud company and you have booked using EconomyBooking so we will not provide car to you. Till 10 pm I augured with them by showing invoice from EconomyBooking and my bank statement that i have already paid money for car and insurance but in last I have paid again for car and sunpass to ACO car rental which is a joint company of Rent a Car for Less.
I read a review about ACO car rental company but due to cheap deal I booked a car with them and end up with paying more them double money. I am posting review to save other people so they should not book car with ACO car rental as I did even I also checked review and made mistake. I have recorded whole conversation with ACO representative.

In my book they are a 5+. Always experience the best customer service and have been upgraded many times. I would not even consider going anywhere else.

They have great customer service didn't have no problem with the vehicle at all and it was a very nice vehicle not the one I picked online but it was better!
She was able to get everything set up for me a and a time to pick up the rental. I'm not sure of the man's name but he was also fantastic. He walked me through everything once the paperwork was done.
My only critique is that when you call EconomyBookings and you are talking with someone from a switchboard instead of a direct store, some of the people were not friendly at all. Overall my experience was great. I will be doing this again in the fall.
