I have rented at this location 4 or 5 times, Great cars, but even better is the staff. They get you in and out quick and easy. I find them competitive in pricing most of the time. But if they are a little higher I'll go with them anyway because of their customer service at this location.
I rented for the first time from their new Location and his weekend. We were late and the manager Jo Elise Martinez returned back to the office for us, helped us with a great smile in her face and built a great rapport with us.
Easy. One, two, three. I got what I paid for and an impeccable experience with the folks who clean the place, as well as the agents in the office. Let's talk about the guy who cleans the cars he is indispensable. Also the guy who drove my husband and I from and to the airport was definitely cool.

EconomyBookings Rental on Chicago Drive in Holland, MI is really outstanding. The staff is so helpful and the cars are always clean, Quick and friendly service can always be reliable upon. Love this place!
They even gave me a ride back to the airport when it came time for me to leave. I would definitely recommend them if your in the area and are in need of a car!
In April 2020 I cancelled my trip; flight and car rental with EconomyBookings.com because of COVID19.
When I cancelled my car rental with EconomyBookings I opted to get my money back instead of a voucher. The note on my cancellation said it could take 4-5 months to see the credit on my credit card. I went to check on the refund now that it's been 6 months. No refund?! Funny thing when I went back Online there was no mention about my refund despite the fact I paid EXTRA for free cancellation and I only got an option to get a voucher. Hmmmm... very suspicious.
I do not want a voucher and am demanding the cancelled car rental be paid back in full. The email response to my voucher said "Your booking ##### will be cancelled and your compensation voucher will be sent to your email *******@gmail.com within 24 hours.

This is a joke. Now that it's been 10 days and no email with my voucher I don't want. I tried calling the number provided. It is not a surprise to me but the customer service number IS NOT WORKING.

NO REFUND.
This is a company doing business out of Latvia. It is an unethical company and a scam.
I booked a car for mid April, with an no penalty refund guarantee if cancellation occurred more than 24 hours before pick up time. I had to cancel due to COVID three weeks before the pick up. Six months later, after many excuses they still have NOT issued a refund. They won't talk about it and only allow online access to "customer service"... and that results in more useless excuse making emails!
RUN, RUN... DO NOT do business with these guys!

I booked a vehicle in February 2020 for use in Sept 2020. I paid in full upfront. Then cancelled in June because of COVID. Economy Bookings then emailed me saying they will only issue a voucher refund. I'm a senior, and I doubt I will ever be able to use it within the two years it is good for. All I want is my money back.

Have had good experiences, says no after hour returns but they leave a key drop and have been good at letting me return a corporate rental after hours rather than having to come back at 7 am. Only complaint is it is a tight lot to get in and out of and often parking fills up.
We had a problem with a rental from another state, and she went above and beyond to help us fix the issues.
The lobby was clean and the girl who helped me was extremely sweet and personable. Her name was Mary and she was very helpful.
I was recently a customer at EconomyBookings in Holland MI. The car I reserved was clean and ready to go. It was nice having a reliable vehicle as opposed to my own which I don't trust to take me too far

We returned the vehicle one day early and we were able to save some money from the orginal quote because we did not prepay.
I stopped into the store and was given a better rate than I could find online. The vehicle was ready as scheduled.

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
