We went to pick up a rental on a Saturday mid morning- shortly after being side- swiped by a truck in our own car- So to say our nerves were frazzled already would he a major understatement!
Very helpful was in and out in no time. Had a problem with one of they rental they switch it out with no problem. Great service.
Nick was wonderful from the beginning to the end. She is the best car rental person I have ever met here in Bristol and through out my various travels. Aee if you can clone her.

Awesome service! I had a geico claim and they took care of me very quickly. Make sure you have a reservation number in order to Expedite the process. I was taken care of by a black gentleman who help me get in and get out within 10 minutes.
They were also thoroughly informative while breezing through all the extra details and did not aggressively up sell anything I wasn't interested in. I did purchase the two insurance add-ons, but only because I wanted to.
They are always professional. They expedite your rental process ever so smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this location for any rentals.
I've been going here about 10yrs when I need a car to drive long distance and I must say, this location and the the staff are amazing.
They advertise $13 per day, then charge supposed taxes and fees. Well it ended up $35 bucks a day for an economy car at thrifty, plus when i got to Tampa. Thrifty charged another $89 in fees, so it ended up 44 dolars a day begore the $92 of insurance that thrifty said i didnt have.
I had to recently cancel a car rental with EconomyBookings due to COVID-19 and they stated they were going to issue a refund. I never received a "email confirmed" refund within 90 days of canceling our rental as they stated in the email. Every time I try call to try to dispute the claim, they hang up on me. I even tried using the credit I had from the cancelation to re-book another rental, they said they'd call me back in a few min to finish the rental agreement and I never received a call. I tried calling back a few minutes later and they were closed for the day.
My only complaint.
Car and counter, check in, return done very well.
In my original booking on January 2,2021 I indicated the choice to have AAO. The system acknowledged the request but DID NOT PREVIEW, WARN OR ADD THE ADDITIONAL $$$ Amount in the estimate, or $323.00 charge. At Counter, very awkward, to add $226.00 about for 14 days. I could have secured other true price options within your Companies website. I should have been informed at least of the extra charge. Not ALL companies charge the extra amount, or at least, its declared in advance.
Please consider a courtesy adjustment on my first initial experience with Economy. Thank you,

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! They had one of the guys drive us to the cruise terminal when we dropped our car off. He was fantastic, young college student wanting to get into the stock market.
Always receive top-notch service at this location. Evelyn is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of the staff members I've had the pleasure of dealing with (I believe it was Nelson this past time) truly seem as though they enjoy their job and desire the customer to have a seamless experience.
The staff gave us a ride from the old town, lead us to the place for parking and kindly provided the information we need. Would definitely recommend this one.
Renting off the airport--there are many offices around town, especially for long term rentals, may save you a bunch in fees ($300+ month).
Always ready to help and really knowledgeable in responding to any of my questions. Could not be more satisfied by the manner in which they have handled each and every one of my rentals.
