We were really glad that we used EconomyBookings to rent a car. The people were very nice, the car was in great condition. This gave us a peace of mind getting onto the road for our trip east.

Excellent customer service he was very patient and kind, I switched my rental like3 times because I was not happy with none of them and the whole time he was very nice! Even offered to bring the rental to my house! If I could give this guy 10 stars I would! Hands down best

You should exclude this place from horrible stories about EconomyBookings. When I accidentally scratched the bumper, it's too big I got scared right away they might charge me for this. I personally went to Washington Ave. Talked to this awesome Assistant Manager (I forgot his name) but he's been working there for 2 years, he checked the car and told me they will NOT charge me as it didn't hit the metal or something.
Can never go wrong with EconomyBookings! Car I rented was very clean in this covid-19 era. Great prices. Will recommend!
To say the least this business has the worst costumer service, the most unfair policies, the slackest system to communicate and overall I had one of the worst experience ever. If some was to steal my money on the street I would have felt better than giving away my money for no reason to this people. Growing a business out of everybody else expenses is not right. If you want to waste your money and never get an answer this business is you go.
