No service, no money refund!
Made a reservation for 2 months before, cars with automatic transmission was not there, the other cars were not able to provide, had to take the car from Europcar more than 2 times more expensive. Refused to return the advance payment. Strongly do not recommend!

Сделал бронь на машину на двое суток, чтобы прокатиться семьей до Мон-Сен Мишеля. Заказал Ситроен Пикассо автомат за 225 евриков. В ваучере в качестве компании-партнера был указан National. Место пикапа - Вокзал Gare de Lyon. Сняли предоплату 35 евриков.

1. По приезду на вокзал оказалось что стойки конкретно National там нет. Есть куча других, но чтобы именно с таким названием увы нет. Адрес в ваучере указан общий и разобрать куда надо с ним соваться не понятно. Перебираясь от одного к другим (как оказалось большая часть представленных там стоек по совместительству обрабатывали заявки с National). Минут через 20 дошли до CITES или как то так.

2. Но! Сорри, ваша модель не пришла. Есть меньшего формата (благо что брал с запасом, чтобы 4 взрослым было удобно проехать 800 км). В общем оформляют другую Пикассо С3. Холдят 1000 евриков на карте. Дают ключи. Садимся в тачку, настроили руль, кресла... Опа! Машина оказывается на ручной коробке (бронь четко автомат и не в виде опции, а именно как изначальное условие). Вернулись назад, те пожимают плечами мол других нет и ничего сделать нельзя. Отказываюсь от брони, деньги они естественно расхолдить не могут. Качать права и требовать подгона авто с другой стоянки в тот момент не додумались - время поджимало.

3. Идем по соседям в поиске автомата на стоянке... благо в Europcar он оказывается... но не благо что эта единственная модель Мерседес за 500 евриков. Но у нас планы и время поджимает встречать родителей. Что делать - взяли его, злые на предыдущих и немного на EconomyBookings.com (aka Booking Group)

4. По возвращению в РФ пишу им письмо 14.08, так мол такая ситуация нехорошая вышла и прошу вернуть предоплату 35 евриков. Про разницу в которую мне засмеялось (почти 300 евро) указываю, но естественно ожидать по этому вопросу даже не думаю. В ответ через 2 дня - мол вопрос им надо решать с партнером, процесс не долгий 7-21 рабочий день. Спустя 13 рабочих дней (02.09) просят прислать финальный инвойс от другой конторы где я в итоге взял машину. Спустя еще 15 рабочих дней (24.09) посылаю запрос какого собственно фига так долго не может быть решен указанный копеечный вопрос получаю ответ (спустя 6 дней 30.09). мол партнер подтвердил им что машина не была предоставлена мне, но я должен был получить от них на месте некую писульку в свой ваучер что такое произошло! то есть никто не отрицает факта что машина не была предоставлена по причине ее отсутствия, но вернуть мне бабки не могут, потому что нет этой справки.

Сухой остаток: минус предоплата 35 евриков + минус лишние 300 евро потому что пришлось брать тачку в другом месте + куча нервов на месте + 2-месячное разбирательство и нифига в итоге.

Резюме: будьте аккуратнее – не вляпайтесь.
И будьте наглее. наверное подняв бучу в первом месте + включив мозги я мог бы перенести пик-ап машины непосредственно в Аэропорт. Где явно с автоматами попроще... А вдруг человек с никаким знанием английского и банально не может пояснить свою жесткую точку зрения... все, иди гуляй

Scam. I booked a car from Gatwick airport. Here are the problems:

I was told to pay another GBP25 at the counter/partner, but was charged GBP60 instead. Morever, I was told by the person at the counter to take any dispute to economybookings.com

In addition to that, I prepaid for a VW Passat (or similar) but Easirent (the so called partner) gave me a Hyundai i30 instead, which is from a lower car group.

I say, stay away. Big fraud.

Please do notHelpful service during the rental
I was supposed to pick up the car in Madrid downtown but eventually lost my way and could not find the pick up location. Luckily, I had the phone number of Economybookings with me so I called them and phone operator helped me to orientate myself and I was there on time. I was so much grateful for such a professional service. As for the rental itself, it was overall a good experience except for the fact that my car was robbed and one window was broken. Normally you have to pay for it yourself but luckily I purchased Full Excess Protection additionally and the sum for the broken window was covered. Will definitely rent a car through this company next time. Review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

We booked a rental car for pick up in sandiego and drop off in LA. They charged us $88 upfront upon the booking and sent confirmation two weeks later (which was fine, given our trip was planned well in advance). I thought the $88 price was almost too good to be true so was a bit worried. Anyhow, upon pick up of our car today from Fox rental, we were told that taxes were not included in the Economy booking's price. So all together we have ended up paying about $190 for our entire booking(which was comparable if not more than other competitor pricing at the time of booking). Most websites include or show rates with taxes or are at least are honest about it. Economybookings is NOT. They try to get you to book without really disclosing their terms. Their customer service is completely non responsive. I emailed them about the confirmation few days before the trip and never heard back. I would not book with them ever again.

We are going somewhere because my friends what to have a camping but the problem is we don't have a car. Our parents are busy doing their own stuff that's why they can't ride us to the mountain. My friend decided to search in the internet for a solution the Economic Bookings was found then we tried to opened it. We can't believe that the're car rental company in this world. So we tried. Our camping didn't cancel because of this. They have good transaction plus service. Our camping ended well and most of us had a great time. We will had a again again soon.

Our family used Economybookings for the first time for our 6 day trip to the Miami. We normally use the other companies based at the airport due to convenience. Thought we would try Economybookings as the price was bit better. Shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes and took us to collect the car. Only 5 min drive away from the airport. Driver was freindly. Staff member inspected vehicle with me so no surprises. We were very happy with the service and the car.

We rented a car with then and everything is fine. We had a great time at the beach sitting next to it and had a great time. We rented for about 3 days and I never thought of having it that day but the service is good than I thought. The booking is just clicks away to your dream vacation. The personnel is also great because they know work ethics. If anyone like me who need a car to travel and doesn't have one maybe try booking at this site and enjoy your vacation. Service that you guarantee that you never thought.

Affordable rate without hidden charges
I first heard about Economybookings.com while I was surfing on a review website searching where to book a car rental and comparing the reputation of various websites providing such an opportunity. Most of their reviews were positive so I expected this website to be trustworthy enough enough for booking an appropriate car and eventually my hopes came true. The only thing I was worried about was how expensive it will be for the US citizen to book a car rental in the US through a website based in Europe. As a result, the overall cost for 7-day rental of Ford Focus in Seattle cost me € 151 while average rental sum if booking directly via supplier was about € 260. Well, I made a prepayment and quite soon received rental voucher which I presented on arrival on the rental counter of Fox Rent a Car. The car that we were supposed to book had a flat tire so Fox changed our car for another Ford Focus. The overall booking and rental experience was positive, Economybookings.com had no hidden charges and provided an affordable rate. I hope my feedback will be useful.

The car was clean and ready for us when we arrived in Seattle. The agent was the friendliest and most helpful of any that I have encountered ever.
He couldn't have been more helpful in directing us and showing us how to get around in Seattle. The car we had booked was unavailable at the time we arrived, but he put us in a better rental and was most helpful. The man in the booth we picked up the car at was courteous and helpful as well. I would not hesitate to rent again from Fox no matter where I might travel. There was no problem since we had prepaid so, the only surprise was when we turned in the car that Seattle has a daily fee that we had to pay. Of course we know that is not the fault of Fox, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. No one at the rental office mentioned it when we picked up the car.

Scam. Cheap price on booking. The reservation and car was fine. However after the booking I was changed another 42% beyond the stated remaining balance. If you try and ring them, you hang on forever before they cut off the line. When you get through they say send us an email. When I sent them an email, they changed the booking voucher to add items not included in the cost that are not on my printed voucher (to try and make me not refute the transaction). Avoid - it will cost you!

When I'm going to rent a car, I always go to this website, because I know that I will always find great deals there, as with major companies, as with local less-known companies. The car's condition depends on the supplier as well as how far the pick up location from the airport is. But that doesn't have much to do with the website, what matters with them is to give you a wide choice of cars and provide easy booking process and they deal with it very well.
