I rented a car through Economy Booking and would never deal with this comoany again. When I arrived to pick up the car, the rental company advised that they accept only 'USA creidt cards' - mine is an international card accepted in every country in the world. When I contacted Economy Booking, I found their US telephone number had been cancelled, then realised the company is located in Latvia and has an office in Russia. It proved to be a bad combination for obtaining a reimbursement. There are too many good brokers and agencies that there is no reason to gamble on one such as this.
Your firm and staff demonstrated patience, willingness to go out of their way to make things look easy and the promptness associated with their service is exemplary. It is really a pleasure to associate with such good people and I truly would recommend your firm to some of my business colleagues.
I am particularly grateful that the pricing includes everything, including the insurance, as unexpected prices can always be a difficult issue for non native speakers to comprehend. We look forward to a continuing relationship in the coming years.

I am disgusted by their practice. They will make you think you've got the best rate then after you've book it without the cancellation option, only will you see how much taxes and fees are on top of the rental. They will not tell you that the quoted price does not include taxes and fees. You will be better off going directly to the actual car rental's website and booking directly where you'll get a true total quote upfront. Will never use them again and never recommend.
I booked a car online for a Florida airport. There were two type cars at the lowest price. They wrote me and said there were no cars available for the one I selected, and when I asked about the second type car, they said there were no cars available for that type either. Then, they said I could have a car for an additional cost, about 25% more, so I cancelled. Normally in the US, if a specific car is booked and is not available, the company gives you another car at the same price. I think this was all about bait and switch, so I cancelled the whole thing. They should not have a price online that is not legitimate. I will never use them again.
I have been nagging the company about an issue but they are not willing to try anything to solve it and now all I get is ignorance from them. I will take it to a higher level because they are everything but not professional. Does anyone have any idea where you can take complaints any further?

We were stranded in a car rental warehouse in Italy after the local company rejected our booking from economy bookings. We were forced to pay 6 times the amount we agreed for the same car.
Whats more I spoke to the customer services team from EB when we were there explained the situation and they promised they would refund the money for our original rental. When we got home they cited some fine print and kept the money.
They are not only swindlers they are liars as well. Avoid them if you can, there are plenty of other better companies out there.
I have been trying to get a refund from Economy Bookings since August 2015 for a car we booked 6 months in advance and paid for in full. We were told the rental office was on the site of Ibiza airport but sadly it turned out to be a coach ride away. We queued with around 75 other people at the office, waited for 3 hours with 2 young children in tow. Eventually after no apologies we were given a car that didn't actually work, windows and Aircon broken! So after another 45 min wait we gave up and left without a car. The 'support' office were less than interested and said we had to put it in writing by email to their *******@bookinggroup.com. We sent our first email on the 18th August and have sent several subsequent emails. We have not had any response (except for automated responses telling us they will respond within 7-10 days!) This company simply has no moral standing and you would be foolish to trust them with a penny of your money.
Leary about this economybookings.com after reading the reviews. Went ahead with the car booking amount Euro 80.00. After ran through my booking process with my credit card, the confirmation amount to euro 218.00. This over charge really puzzle me how this booking site work? Scam booking site? Very likely indeed...
2015 September me and my wife were going to Tenerife and looking for a car to rent. We ordered Seat Ibiza for 150 euros for a week. Order went well until I wrote to online consultant or everything is ok. Then she said Seat Ibiza is not available, suggested WV POLO for ~175 euros. We accepted, but at the end of the new order she said we have to leave 900euros deposit. I said that she would suspend the order, because I'm going to check elsewhere for car because of this deposit. She said in all Spain countries deposit is the same.
Then I went to Auto Reisen, ordered Seat Ibiza for 98euros a week and with no deposit. So what happens here in economy bookings?

Don't book with this company. I booked a car from LAX for a week arrived after a long flight from the UK to find that they had only paid $17 of the $280 that I had paid them, to NU rentals. I then had to pay another $300 to rent a car. NU said this had had happened many times with this company. This occurred on the 17th of August 2015. It is now the 13th of October 2015 I have had one email saying they will investigate and have heard nothing else. PLEASE DONT USE THEM

Be VERY careful doing business or renting a car through EconomyBooking.com - Just had a BAD experience with them not returning my down payment paid via PayPal for a rental car, which I requested to cancel due to excessive charges not authorized by me => Reservation-# B******* - It's now 2 weeks and no response to my e-mails and various telephone calls. - Read their many negative reviews and then: STAY AWAY!
Update: finally my down payment has been refunded. Perhaps my negative review about this company helped...?!?!

I am an extremely irate and unhappy customer. I think that economybookings.com are shameful and i believe that i have been cheated.
In a nut shell, the price that was quoted WAS NOT the final price i paid when i collected the car, Infact I paid 5 TIMES more than at the car dealership than what was quoted. This is blatant deceit

When I arrived to collect my rental car, a Chevrolet Impala, I was informed the model I had booked was in the Premium range not in the Full size. I ended up with a Nissan Altima instead. It was a really good car. However I swapped this for a Dodge Charger on my second week.as I wanted something a bit sportier.
I paid a small fee to do this.
The Dodge was slightly bigger and looked great. When I got it home I noticed it had quite a few areas of damage, the wipers needed changed, the onboard computer stated it required an oil service and the air conditioning wasn't as good as the Nissan.
I suspect it needed a recharge.
It had travelled 45 thousand miles which was a bit surprising as rental cars are normally newer with less miles.
I suggest the web site is amended to reflect the true classification of the Impala so other people are not misled.
The staff at the collection and drop point were very courteous and helpful, particularly the lady who did the exchange for my second week.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
