I paid for insurance for a six day rental when I reserved my car. Then when I picked up my car from Fox rental I was charged again. Over $170. I can't get either company to give me a refund. I will never use either company again and I hope this serves as a warning to future people booking a vehicle.

Rented auto and when I wanted to change the pick up hour for an earlier time and also change the return time accordingly therefore the same rental time. An additional fee was quoted. After agreeing with this fee in writing, I never received a confirmation from them even after 6 email messages requesting it. Also, customer service number is NOT AVAILABLE at any time. Bad Dudes... stay away.

Only wanted to change/edit the dates. After long time waiting on the phone the operator could not help editing and offered another rental which was $200 more expensive. Now you take your cancellation fees, but I will not use your services again and will not recommend you either. I hope others learn from experience. Thank you
We have never had a worse than this experience in renting. Believe or not, we arrived in Aruba and when to the designated place. Jimmy of Aco Rent a Car said he had no cars and promised a car for the next day in the resort. We kept on calling this person for the next 3 days but never got a car. Also have problems in getting a refund from economybookings.com. They've been promising for a long time and yet still now there's no refund. It has been more than 2 months. Booking nr.: B*******

I will never use Economy Booking again! I sat on hold 8 different times with an average wait time of 15 - 20 minutes without getting through to a service Representative. I am disputing the cancellation fee with my bank. All I needed to do was to extend the drop off day to 3 days later. This would have led to more money, (profit) for Economy Bookings. But they have NO service it is impossible to do business with them!
I rented a car through Economy Bookings and selected a car that was advertised at $20.84 a day. Received my confirmation #, but no receipt for my payment. Later when I checked my credit card, I had been charged almost $70 per day. Could not reach customer service as all phone numbers connect to their location in Latvia. There are no brick and mortar locations.
My trip was cut short and besides being extremely overcharged for my rental, they would not refund me ANY of what I had paid for my rental.
A TERRIBLE company. Try calling the rental car companies directly rather than use these con artists.
When I finally contacted them via email, they responded that my email was forwarded to their Human Resources department for inquiry. That was almost two weeks ago, and no response. Again, please do not throw your money away. Stay away from this horrible company.

In Kona Hawaii, attempted to book a car for 7 days with a 10:30 am pick up. Charged my card, no confirmation received called their New York number at *******938, connects you to their call center in The UK. Found after the fact you are inciting international calling charges. They did not answer. I suspect my Verizon bill will be thru the roof after waiting on the phone 10 plus minutes. Usually book with Hotwire but no cars for my dates. Don't take the risk with these guys, not worth it.
