Best daily rate we could find for a rental car in the RDU area at Easter time and good email follow up in case we lost our documents.

Good company, there are downsides and pros. In my opinion, the best value for money. There are plenty to choose from for cars and cost.

They have low prices for a reason. I had to cancel my rental and did it online because I couldn't get a hold of any representative. I've tried calling 3xs to discuss my refund but I've been on hold 45+ minutes. I sent an email and had yet to get a response. I'm owed over $300. Use an actual company that will take a small deposit. Not this company that charged everything to my card before I even had the car!

Not sure they have qualified staff who know how to operate their phone system. I was hung up on twice after being on hold for a very long time. I would steer clear of this company. Read the fine print. I just cancelled my reservation. Awful service.

It is impossible to reach them using the number provided on the website, they simply never pick up and let you wait hours at the phone. We tried to add an additional insurance service to our booked car in a second stage and it was not possible due to an unknown error on their page that, of course, it is not going to be fixed anytime soon. As a result we ended up payng way more than expected to the car rental on spot.

I made a prepayment for renting a car through the site, payment passed. The car was an economy. All was good. Thank.

Rental cars give out with special numbers, red. I liked that. And it distinguishes on the road among other cars. Machines well maintained, caring staff, convenience for the client.

Fortunately, all rental cars with red numbers and local drivers see them and treat it with understanding.
