DHL has to be the worst shipping company there is. The postal service is faster and more accurate than this place. Who ever is running it needs to be fired and this company should be on their knees begging for amazons help on how to run a successful shipping company. Complete trash, they're a joke
One of my packages I never received. They delivered it to the wrong address. A driver then contacted me and asked me to go retrieve it myself. Then they are saying I went online and asked for my next package to not be delivered. So now my kids won't have Christmas. Terrible service! Will never order from shein again. Can't even get a refund for the package that never got delivered.(-)
Find honest workers and not thiefing delinquent ones that put no effort in making the packages reach to there international destination by scanning them tossed package aside to take home for them selves twice i had package missing
Once company starts taking responsibility for losing ones packages and getting sued then there will be no change clean house add more secure free pass passage of package dump some the thiefing workers and lazy ones then you guys will be efficient at delivering
When they can't find it they tell you go security you contact security and ask for stuff they tell you it's illegal ask for evidence number to file case since they answer to say they gave local authorities nothing yet when I try to persuade for answer this is a bull$#*! company and those thief in there Cincinnati hub usa
I'm set to get married today but unfortunately this has been a horrible experience due to me not receiving my DHL package in time. The original delivery date was set for 12/11/23. I stayed home from work with hopes I would be able to receive my package and monitored the cameras and doors for the day. I received a notification later on 12/11/23 at about 2:40 pm stating a delivery attempt was made but no one was available. That wasn't true because no delivery attempt was made in fact my security cameras can confirm that. I contacted customer service with hopes I would receive my package the following day on 12/12/23,however that didn't happen. I called customer service again I was assured my package would be delivered the next business day on 12/13/23 that didn't happen. I was told ok it will be delivered on 12/14/23 and again no package. I need an update on where the package is. This has already caused great stress to me on a day that should've filled with happiness. Today 12/15/23 still no update or communication on when the package will come. I'm constantly being told they are waiting for the service center to respond.
Seeking the refund of the fees charged as well as compensation for the stolen/lost items and horrible discomfort caused by DHL's incompetence.

I entrusted two boxes of my personal belongings to Thai DHL in Phuket during my relocation. Shockingly, upon arrival in Indonesia, I discovered that important items like a brand new perfume and necessary medication had been removed with my consent so I consider those items stolen. This has caused not only a considerable financial loss but also immense emotional distress.
Adding to the frustration, I was only informed upon arrival in Indonesia that the country's regulations prohibited the import of unaccompanied used items. This critical information was unfortunately not communicated during the initial transaction.
The subsequent communication has been a nightmare, with endless emails leading to no resolution. It has been two months since I signed documents for the Return to Origin (RTO) process, and my personal belongings are still nowhere to be found. This has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain, as I had to replace essential items.
To compound matters, I was charged around 27,000 baht in fees, which have not been refunded despite the loss of my belongings. This has only added to the overall dissatisfaction with DHL's services.
I sincerely hope that my experience prompts a reevaluation of your customer service procedures and ensures that others do not face similar challenges in the future.

I order stuff from Amazon or Etsy all the time and have never had an issue getting a package from any carrier except one time from DHL. They said they came to my door three times and I never had any kind of note or letter on my door stating that they had been there. I hadn't seen this package show up so I tried to figure out where this package was come to find out DHL had destroyed it. So instead of just leaving the package on my doorstep they send it all the way to Kentucky from Florida to destroy it. What senses does that make. Just leave the damn package on my doorstep like every other delivery service and take a picture proving you drop it there.
Please do not use. These guys suck at what they do. Thier tracking systems dont work. No customer service and cannot get a hold of anyone. Its been 2 weeks and haven't got my package and no one seems to know why. Finally got a hold of Ken B. Via email and he certainly didnt help at all. Still stuck here without my package in the dark. Ebay purchase lost in space ( "in transit").2 1 hour on holds with no answer. 6 enter phone number and we will call you back with no response. 1 text message with no result. My guess is that they must have 10k complaints daily and 2 CSRs? Stick with Fedex and UPS, hell, even USPS.

The company does not take responsibility for shipments lost due to its fault. Recommend using competing companies.
It takes 48 hours fror them to receive that pament has been made. Terrible customer service.
They never send invoices. They expect the customer to find on line what is owed. No notice until they threaten no service.

Received text & email stating delivery would happen on a particular date. No show, no update, and a worthless chatbot for customer service.
This company it literally missed up its my 3rd time that I'm not receiving my packages at all and the customer service department is not being helpful and responsible for anything they can't even solve a single problem of third customers it will be my last time ordering from this stealer company!
A parcel was sent from Germany to Georgia. After parcel came to Tbilisi it was sent back to the shipper without any reasons. No calls to receiver or shipper. Phones were provided to DHL. They have new different reasons every time I ask them to explain the situation. Awful service, will never use it again. Only spend time and money.
I have used DHL service recently and the experience was very bad. DHL Express service is rude. My parcels were not delivered to the right place.
They gave me a delivery date of November the 17th. Needless to say that I didn't get it on time. They are the worst I've seen for delivery. I'd give them no stars for rating but the review won't let me. So I gave them a single star.
I saw through my camera the delivery woman, she knocked the door few times and left, she didn't leave the package at the door, she didn't leave the package in my mailbox, nothing. She don't even give me time to talk to her from my camera speaker. So dissatisfied I which to give no star
I have documentation and proof that DHL's negligence resulted in my package being returned to origin. Their customer service department is not really helpful, they just parrot their scripts and cannot really help the customer.
I ordered a package on shein and it was supposed to come on the 13 and its now the 15 and no package. Im losing my patience i have been needing this package because it has a gift for an upcoming birthday
Answer: DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
