Lies and theft

I paid extra to have my product delivered on a Friday vs. Monday. There was NO estimate on how much they were going to charge me to not deliver my product. They were happy to take that. Now my product DID NOT show up on Friday, That is the theft. They said they would deliver, but they did not. The out for this is the word "estimate" although there was no estimate in the price. Then I got an update saying my product was going to be delivered on Sunday. I waited and watched all day. Second lie..

I've had an awful experience with how they handle shipments. Twice I received notifications they tried to deliver but no one was home, when there definitely was someone home. Even when they did deliver the first piece they never even bothered to ring the doorbell, which should take 1 second. Customer service has been friendly but they seem to be unable to communicate between hubs. At one point my shipment of two was separated and then I spent a week trying to figure out where my table top was. Finally on Friday I find out that it's in fact in Chattanooga, so basically they had lost it, and I went to the hub to see it. At that point I was told it would be delivered Sunday, today, and I get a message saying it's on hold again. It's 20 minutes from where it should be delivered. They had two hours before close of business Friday to send it or they would have had it out today, but they'd have to care about customer service. My item is temperature sensitive and I'm never going to have anything sent with them again. Hopefully I can still at least get my item. It's only been traveling with them for a couple weeks now.

Never again
Never again! Parcel (sent on 28th August) coming from Poland to UK. After having travelled between Niederaula and Dorsten, back and forth, with no updates since 23rd September (!), it somehow 'disappeared'. Przesyłarka.pl say there is no response from DHL.
A few items my children are emotionally attached to are now gone! Reliable? I don't think so!
So disappointed that I now even check if items sold on amazon are sent by DHL and avoid buying those which are.

Last year some content im my package was missing, i complained to dhl Nigetia and nothing was done, this year i bought synthetic braided hair and a curly wig and i checked now it was returned back to Nigeria. Will never send my package through them again.

Package Delay

If I could not give a single star for the DHL Phoenix Branch it would have been better. Its been two weeks my package has not arrived. The customer care and the phoenix branch holding my package the second time. The people working in the Phoenix brach are not capable of working as they are not concerned.I assume they are playing around with me package from Tucson the destination to their brach and holding it for no reason. I don't understand how do they expect a handicapped lady to drive all the way to phoenix from tucson for her diabetics medication. Since 2 weeks I am waiting for the package of medications. This is the second time when my package was held by this brach for no reason when I used to reside in Tempe.I had and have a very bad experience with DHL Phoenix Brach.

I recently made a purchase of an expensive piece of equipment from Nantes, France, for my work. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipment has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I feel compelled to share my story in the hopes that it might serve as a cautionary tale for others considering business transactions with this company.

The equipment was expected to arrive promptly, but it is now seven days overdue. When I inquired about the delay, I was initially told that it was due to unpaid customs and duties. After I sent my receipt showing that I had paid the charges within eight minutes (literally) of receiving the payment request via email on the originally scheduled date of arrival, they didn't have any response.

What has been most disheartening throughout this ordeal is the complete lack of transparency and accountability on the part of the company. Their customer service representatives have failed to provide a plausible explanation for the prolonged delay, and their communication has been severely lacking in professionalism and empathy.

I have reached out to them multiple times via phone and email, expressing my concerns and seeking clarification on the situation, but to no avail. Not once have they offered an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused me, despite the clear mishandling of my shipment.

I am left with many questions and growing concerns about the integrity of this company's business practices. I implore them to investigate the whereabouts of my shipment and provide a satisfactory resolution promptly. In addition, I would appreciate any details from them that could help build a stronger case against this unacceptable delay and lack of communication.

I want to emphasize that my intention in sharing this review is not to harm their reputation but to highlight the importance of professionalism, accountability, and customer service in any business transaction. As a paying customer, I believe that it is my right to expect transparency, timely deliveries, and courteous communication.

DHL delivered a package I had been waiting three weeks for to the wrong address. Within one hour I notified them of the mistake and they told me that the package would be retrieved and returned to me within the business. This happened daily for the next six days until they notified me that the package could not be retrieved. They then informed me that it was my responsibility to notify the shipper. I told them that they needed to either reimburse me or notify the shipper themselves.This has not yet been resolved.

Wat een waardeloze firma! Vandaag
Verwacht ik, zoals door DHL wordt aangekondigd, twee (2) pakketjes! Ben thuis en heb een zeer luide bel! Is één van de pakketjes door de brievenbus gepropt en voor de andere een briefje om het de volgende dag maar op een DHL verdeelpunt op te halen!
Dit gebeurt wel meer, zeker bij meerdere pakketjes. Die door d e brievenbus kunnen worden gepropt, zonder aanbellen, krijg je "gepropt! Alles andere ga maar de volgende dag halen. Één ster is nog teveel! Één ster is nog teveel!

I don't know if DHL has alot of backup work but this time was a fast delivery, I'm assuming they usually handle international delivery.But up till now they have never misplaced any of my packages that's a plus.

Mailed a small package

I went to DHL store att 55-30 Myrtle av, Ridgewood New York I need small box to send iPhone to Italy I was told $165 and 3 to 5 days I want to take box and papers to fill up in my house because I'm cripple. I cannot stand and fill up paperwork and make up the box on the wall. I was told by the worker I cannot buy the box. I cannot take it with me to my house. I have to do everything in the store they have no table no chairs no nothing. The DHR policy is stink. I will never deal with them every place I'm going I can take box I can buy box. I can take paper home and fill it up not with DHL so they can deal with themselves. I never deal with DHL again in my life they don't need me I don't need them. The policy of DHL are pure stupid.

Useless tracking info

Sent a $700 piece of art and the tracking on day of delivery says "with the courier for delivery" but it was not delivered. On line bot says "being held for pick up" come on that is ridiculous you can't have an on line tracking that's updated now I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to someone
