Made an order for a sound bar. Got an email next day asking if I wanted to set up a business account and to call them. I said no, but they insisted I call them or they wouldn't fulfill the order. Pretty shady

To start, new radio for a 2007 Honda CRV. All functions (backup camera, steering wheel controls, etc) worked with factory radio.
Radio ordered by CF recommendation. Assured it would work with vehicle. Dash kit ordered as well.
After several hours of install (backup camera, maestro flash, dark kit configuration. Backup camera would not function in reverse. Technical support called 6 times. Different answer each time. Flashed module 4 times based on tech support. Finally demanded a supervisor. Was sent a complete replacement for everything.
New radio configured, maestro flashed. No difference. At this point, supervisor told me it will not function as intended.
Additional "not working" functions include:
1. Dash kit that did not match the vehicle mount holes. Used the factory brackets which fit perfectly. Got refund for kit.
2. Steering controls for voice dial and "back" do not work. No resolution by tech support.
3. Final straw, usb mount kit for existing factory blank does not even come close to fitting. No clips to mount it in dash that even resemble the blank that came out.
My crutchfield advisor was exceptionally helpful when I needed help setting up an audio system for my new car. He advised me and provided all the information I needed for my equipment selection and installation. My new audio system sounds awesome. Thanks for all your help!
They aren't the cheapest around, but their customer service is second to none. I believe Crutchfield will do whatever it takes to make you happy as long as you are fair and honest with them if an issue should ever arise (which they usually don't with good companies). Their people are wonderful to deal with, being very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I was a life long Crutchfield Customer until 2022. I placed an order for speaker stands after an advisor recommended them on January 6th after about 6 Weeks i contact Crutchfield and was told by Susan that my order was cancelled on the backend with no explanation why. For my inconvenience they would give me a 50 dollar gift card. Come Sunday Feb 20th i received an email stating my gift card was canceled and that "Donna" spoke to me which no one did it was a weekend. Spoke to Seth on Monday he states that it was cancelled and that they would only process on more order from me because of too many chargebacks mine you i've never disputed speakers etc. Overall disgusted with the accusations and lack of customer support in addition to making it seem as if i did something wrong for their lack of care. They cancelled my order without warning or communicate. I'll never do business with them again
Crutchfield personnel are prompt, professional and accessible. They promised 2 day next air delivery and delivered as promised. When I had a problem connecting a separate phono pre-amp to my RA 1592 Mk II, I called, got immediate service and had my question answered inside of a minute. I chose the Rotel to temporarily replace the McIntosh MA 6900 I have in the New York repair facility. The Rotel put an unexpected smile on my face. When the Mac comes back, I will keep the Rotel for a separate system. Give Crutchfield an A+
Was trying to install an after market radio in my car and gave up because I couldn't get it to work. Found an ad for Crutchfield and thought I give it a try. They worked with me to find a solution. After receiving the items tried the install again. Still had audio problems but the tech told me to try a different wiring hookup. It worked. They treated their customers with respect and also get the solution. I wouldn't recommend any other place for car stereo installation pieces and help. Bravo!
Crutchfield company was definitely a step above other sources I considered for replacement speakers for my BMW car. They included detailed installation instructions and a couple of installation items free of charge that the others didn't offer. The best company ever.
I have had so many good experiences with CRUTCHFIELD i would feel handicap without there assistant Thank You for the love and passion of your customers. Local shop can't do what you do and make the experience cost effective.
Good quality and excellent costumer service from their staff, as I contacted them a couple times and they always answered my questions. Will order again.
Crutchfield outsources some of its items. After MONTHS of waiting for the MAIN PART of the build, they use UPS. NOW IT WILL BE ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE IT GETS HERE. My truck has been In pieces for MONTHS!

Crutchfield is really cool. I paid extra to have them pre wire my head unit, all I had to do was plug it in. Very fast shipping, order came out of Kentucky and arrived in 3 days. I have used them in the pass and will continue in the future!
I would like to commend this company for its stellar sales and support. I have a history of ordering from them, and I highly recommend them. I was looking for a stereo for my daughter's SUV, and purchased the stereo, and install kit. Jake was super in assisting me in my purchase of a ready harness. Although the wiring is pretty straightforward, as it is color-coded, the ready harness takes all the guesswork, labor, and stress out of the process. I was all smiles, after completing the install. She is ready for the road now!

I was looking for some Klipsch outdoor speakers to replace the ones I have had for 12 or 13 years. Crutchfield had them ready for shipping and I got them within a few days. I have already mounted them and have enjoyed listening to the great sound coming out of these speakers. The model of the speakers is KHO-7

Answer: I've bought outlet item for many years now and never had an issue or even needed to return. I'm pretty sure you can return if not happy with it. It says it under the price after you click on that item I believe
