I'm not happy their service. Their support team also not good and timing contact with customer. I'm not recommended to anyone.
I bought small machine for dumplings skin production, they recommend to me new type, I bought and that is some cheap not working product, the plastics parts ripped just after 10 minutes using for testing. I tried contacting to manager Sophie and She is Big Big Big Liar.
She just don't answer for email, phone etc.
She just turned what's app phone once a day for 5 minutes that's everything.
Is one big Lier.
No contact at all after purchase.
Inside parts not working properly, I can't make any one good dumpling skin, is just crappy piece in my garage, not possible to send back, not possible to refund.

These people are crooks, They promise the world and once they have your money they lie and lie until they are forced by Alibaba to Send the goods but once you get them they don't work.
Sophie Sun is behind all these lies, pretends she is soooo poor etc etc but only when caught. SAY AWAY from them
