Very easy to measure the guidance is good. Sadly UPS let the experience down as they gave me 3 different dates to expect delivery stayed in but no show went out for the day and they arrived took nearly 3months to get them but well worth it very well made and the cushion covers have transformed my tired garden table and saved me a fortune.

Not what I was expecting, could get the same product here in the UK for virtually half amount I paid for this and then UPS appeared to loose the package for almost a week!

Took slightly longer than expected but worth the wait when they did arrived. Superb quality and fitted perfectly.
Would highly recommend and we will be making further purchases soon

I ordered fitted covers for my garden sofa. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of these covers.

The product is excellent. The delivery was not. The original quoted delivery date was longer than I would have expected. It was subsequently put back. It was eventually delivered 3 days after the latest promised date.

Product is fantastic. Sizes exactly as ordered. Slight delay due to covid but they messaged me tracking as soon as they had it. Will be using them again for a bbq cover.

Initially my design was not obviously available. I just needed a outdoor table protecting from bird mess etc. I was asked to send pictures and give exeat measurements and then to approve the design. It took a little longer than initially expected but product was a perfect fit. We are delighted with the service and the product.

Purchased two outdoor chair cushion covers which fitted perfectly and were of excellent quality. Just be prepared for a 3-4 week wait.

Sadly the review are correct, despite following the measurement instructions carefully, they still sent the wrong size and refuse to acknowledge responsibility. If you require accurate sizes then avoid! They state that the width will be 1 to 2 inches out but also state the height would be exactly as per the customers measurement. This is not the case and was also 2 inches out. Eyelets are also unevenly spaced so looks poor.

Poor service
Don't know about product still waiting 6 weeks later, paid extra £20for priority delivery, no refund.

After order missed 3rd delivery date I discovered that my items were being produced in India not in UK as I had been led to believe
Delivery just kept being postponed & same badly worded email was sent number of times signed by different 'people'

I was nervous to order on line but I needed covers for my rattan.
The company were very supportive and checked everything I had done. Where unsure they asked for photos. Really good job and very pleased.

Concerned when advised my order was stuck in India. Thought I was supporting UK manufacturing.
Web site deceptive. However when it did finally get here I was impressed with the seat covers I purchased..

Very slow delivery but good quality product when telephoned for updated delivery date even then it was 3 more days later than promised.
