Easy to order but given two different delivery dates and still waiting on parcel tracking useless

I needed new cushion covers for our patio set as I couldn't buy any as they are oversized. I looked at buying new custom made cushions but they were too expensive (also, the foam is ok, it's just the covers that needed replacing). Then I looked to buy the material and make them myself, then an advert for Cover & all popped up so I thought I would just see how much it would be. I couldn't believe it. It was only £90 more than buying the material and the hassle of doing it myself. They also wouldn't have had zips and piping if I had done them myself. They look amazing, fit perfectly, such good quality and the site made it really easy to measure and put in sizes. Very happy indeed.

I was finally sent the wrong cover. When I e-mailed to inform them they had made it incorrectly, with drawstrings instead of elastic, they informed me I ordered it with drawstrings. I did not, and I then supplied them with their own earlier email informing me ‘it would have to be made deeper for the elastic to work'. I then heard nothing until another email, from yet another different person, asking me what the problem was! Unbelievable - their clear tactic of passing this from one person to the next is disgraceful.

Whilst I was pleased with my order when it eventually arrived, the customer service I received was shocking. Having received 5 emails telling me the delivery date of my product, when the date arrived my order did not turn up, when I contacted the company I was told my order had not even been manufactured and would be another two weeks.
No apology given from the company, when I asked to speak to the manager I was told they would phoneme back within 2 hours, but as expected no contact was made

I spoke to customer service and they were very helpful to clarify order.
The item shipped was excellent quality - fits my outdoor dining table perfectly, with the parasol accommodated. Just what I needed for the UK weather!

Took a while to place my order maybe the site was having problems with their system.
I did eventually get through then it was plain sailing from there on.

Covers are excellent, delivery service not so good.

It took some time to arrive but it was worth the wait. Really good quality and properly built.

Very happy with the product received colour and sizing were spot on. Just tried them up on our Gazebo and they look great. Bought these so that we could still use our outdoor space when it is raining or breezy.

Extremely pleased with the new cover for our garden furniture. Ironically, the new cover is an improvement on the old original cover when that cover was delivered new with the said furniture! I would say that is an accolade in itself.

Covers are very good quality and fit snuggly. Delivery was about 3 days later than said but that I think might of been down to UPS

Very pleased with the bespoke L-shaped garden sofa protective cover that arrived this week. There are protective vents, well stitched seams and the whole cover is a good fit. From placing the order to receipt of cover was 20 days which is very impressive particularly with the current (COVID) restrictions. It was shipped using UPS and I was able to track the package.

Very pleased with the product and the price. Regular e-mails kept me informed of the delivery date and they arrived a few days earlier. Which was nice!
