Ordered a custom made cover for an outdoor stove. Product came on the predicted delivery day. Very impressed with the quality of the cover, thick material, well stitched and fits perfectly.

Great service, delivered on time. They state that they make 2 inches over the dimensions you give but if your dimensions are accurate, the result is slightly oversize. But that's better than being undersized!

The sail provided is not as described after 6 weeks to be delivered. Feels like i have been duped i would like my money back and return

The site gives the impression that it was a UK based manufacturer. No date for dispatch was given prior to placing the order. Subsequently the order took too long. There was no information on country of manufacture and no information on what COVID precautions were being taken with the product prior to dispatch bearing in mind the cover was manufactured in India.

Good quality made to measure cushion covers. Received earlier than the expected delivery date. Would highly recommend.

On the positive side, this cover is of a sturdy material and is well made. It was delivered in the promised timescale.
The fit is mostly good (w x d) but (h) is way more than I asked for.
The main disappointment is the way it was scrunched up for packing, which has resulted in a lot of unsightly creases which don't drop out.

Easy to navigate site, fast customer service response

Excellent service. Delivery took slightly longer than predicted but the items purchased were very good quality. I would certainly use this company again.

It was easy to describe the covers wanted - sizes etc. They arrived on the day that they said they would and we were delighted with them. The material is so much better than our previous covers and much easier to put on and off as the zip covered two sides.

Easy to order, very well made and the covers fitted well even though cushions are difficult to measure. I would recommend specifying exactly which side should have the zip on as unfortunately the zips on the seat covers for our chairs have been placed on the wrong edge (the side rather than the back) so you can see the end of the zip on the front. Apart from this we are extremely pleased with the quality of the covers. We chose the light brown which looks lovely with dark brown rattan furniture. Strongly recommend.

When the company providing the goods extends a delivery date and then fa's to contact the customer in my opinion this is poor practice. Chasing delivery at 7.30pm and to be fobbed off is unacceptable. The goods arrived 4 days late for the event I had planned.

Very good fits perfectly. It took quite a bit of time to be made and delivered but nevertheless the cover is well made, good quality and I am very pleased with it.

Overpriced, poor quality materials, excessive delivery time and refusal to return.
Do not waste your time or money with these people

A bit confusing as couldn't find a "continue shopping" button as I needed covers for back and base of chairs. Covers fitted well, though, as the back cushions were an awkward shape. Pattern guides were very small and didn't give a very accurate picture of how it would look full size
