Excellent service, accuracy and quality. I needed a large transparent side wall for an oak frame outbuilding with a very specific cut-out in one corner, so I was a little concerned they'd get it right. After sending my requirements they sent me back a drawing of the proposed side wall, which gave me chance to change a small detail. Five days later the side wall arrived in perfect condition and exactly as per the drawing. Ordering bespoke items online is always a little concerning but I would not hesitate to order from them again based on my experience. And the pricing is pretty good too!
When we arranged to get a cover made for a unique style of table, we had assumed there would be some extra material as the dimensions were pretty awkward. We sent a photo and the dimensions we were happy with. Cover & All replied several times to ensure the cover was totally perfect. It arrive and we were delighted, really exceeded our expectations! The covers for the Weber Smoker and BBQ are both cheaper and of better quality than the branded covers that came with the products.

Easy to order. Chose the fabric, measured my cushions and placed the order. Really pleased with the quality. One thing I did notice on arrival of my covers, they were quite smelly but after 4 days out in the garden the smell is fading.

Took more than a month to complete order, then given a delivery date, which was to be signed for, So I remained at home for three days until it eventually arrived.
However, when it did arrive the Drawstrings were only on two corners, and as live on the coast and winds can be high it's unlikely to stay in place in my opinion. Bec

Your order was placed with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 21 May, and the delivery date was revised to 26 May upon your approval of the final drawing. Though we make every attempt possible to meet the delivery date, due to unexpected production issues your order was dispatched and delivered 2 days late. The tracking information was shared with you on your registered email address so that you could monitor the progress of the shipment. Regrettably, we do not have control over the scheduled delivery date displayed by the carrier on their tracking page; that date is an estimate and subject to change due to issues in local transit routes.
With regard to the drawstrings, we offer several tie down options to choose from while placing your order. Grommets are recommended for windy areas so that in addition to the tie down we provide, you can use a rope to further secure the cover. We also provide a Special Request box in which you can mention important points and instructions. In the absence of any such notes, the cover is fabricated using our default practices. Per the reference picture you attached and the size of the cover ordered, the drawstrings we have provided should be sufficient. Kindly ensure they are pulled taut to secure the cover firmly.
