Website for ordering was reasonably easy to navigate and order the correct size required. We were given an estimated delivery date but could pay for express delivery. We decided to pay for express delivery because it was for a newly refurbished shop which was due to open. We got confirmation of our order and we thought all would be ok. We waited, and waited and waited about 10 days after the due date we decided to email and ask where the cover was. It took less than 24hrs to get a reply and guess what it had been dispatched and we now had a tracking number. We looked it up and found the cover was coming from India and was now in a dock in India. When we ordered the cover we believed it was already in the UK and was made in the UK. It took a further 2 weeks to arrive. Had we known it wasn't being made in the country we wouldn't have ordered it. We had been misled by Cover & All UK. Will never use again

Works well to cover our prysm skylight. However, delivery expected 18th then changed to 24th which changed on the morning of 24th to 28th. Went for the tuff (extreme weather) material so real test will be if it doesn't get blown off in strong weather

Cover Tuff is our toughest, heaviest material so in terms of durability there will be no issues. We see that you have selected drawstring as the tie down option. Kindly ensure these are used to secure the cover tightly.

I used the cover&all chatline to change the delivery date as I was going to be away on the one given to me. I was told this had been done. As I received no further info about a new delivery date and it was getting close to me going away I telephoned to check and was told that yes, my account info showed that I needed delivery after 2 June. When I got home I find delivery has been attempted on 28 May and I have to go pick up my parcel. Not at all happy with this service.

Ordered our item and was sent quickly, unfortunately the stitching on the item was poor and the D rinds split within the 1st day. Email the company with photo's of the defective stitching but have not received any update from them.

Was informed if a delivery date in the future (about 18 days) waited because I though, it's being made to measure. Delivery date came and went!
Phoned up to find out what was happening. Nice lady, She was Indian. I was shocked to find everything is made in India. Not U. K. She blamed Covid, which made me see RED!

She said she push the order through for me and after that (whenever that might be!) Delivery would be four days. From India, I wasn't convinced.
The day after, I received an email, at least they commented, then my order camera week later.
It's if a good quality, but I wouldn't use them again, I don't trust them!

It was easy and clear enough to order a made to measure cover. Mine was a very basic cover. I'm not sure how easy it would be fir something more I plicated
I over estimated on the size I needed and understood you also allowed extra, however it's a tight fit. Perhaps it will get looser with use. Otherwise it it appears to be well made

I stacked up the garden chairs on the patio and took the overall measurement. Now I can leave them outside all spring/summer with the cover on them and not have to faff around in a rush getting extra chairs and cushions out of the shed when we have visitors unexpectedly. Great job.
Measuring was easy and the cover delivered fits very well. Was delivered three days later than cited but that is not really a problem and likely to be an issue with the courier.

It was sorted out during an online discussion with customer services, after a long, fruitless wait on the telephone. Didn't realise the covers were actually made up in India & obviously delivery was affected by COVID. The customer service representative on line was very helpful & expedited my order. He also gave me a tracking number so I could be kept up to date with delivery progress. The delivery only ended up being 1 week later than expected so not too bad.
