I was genuinely amazed at the service as I had not previously used this company. My chiminea is an unusual shape and I was expecting a generic cover but they produced one that fitted exactly. They got back to me twice for measurements. I am delighted with the finished product.

I accept that Covid has an impact on such things but the lack of information is unsettling. I have no idea on the quality of the product and am not even sure whether I'll receive the order. Ups tracking has been somewhat confusing with differing messages each day - one day there's an expected delivery date, the next it's check back, then it's we don't know, start a claim to resolve. Complete and utter headwork.

We wanted a cover that would fit our new BBQ with the side arms folded down. We got the custom made cover in the timescales promised and have found the quality of the cover to be excellent and it's a comfortable fit.
Really good quality didn't realise they came from India hence the delay in arriving. Good value and seems hardy.
I placed my order for delivery at the end of May the delivery was confirmed for the 24th it has still not been delivered, so I will be returning it for a full refund when it does eventually turn up if it does eventually turn up

The covers are fantastic - Better quality than the originals which came with our chair set. We are really pleased with them. Delivery was slow but I had been pre-warned of this. We did receive some confusing emails and texts which all stated different delivery dates spanning a two week period.

I have received my free bag but I am yet to receive my order. I sent an email via your contact form on the 29th May and have still not heard back with a delivery date. If I do not hear soon I will be forced to inform my credit card provider to start a dispute which I hope does not come to that.

I am delighted with the cover for my storage box. Made exactly to the measurements I gave and a very strong long lasting material. Good update on when it would arrive. A couple of days later than original estimate but nothing to worry about
Ordering process was good, they sent an email to confirm dimensions etc which was great. Once confirmed I had a delivery date update which came and went. 2 days after the item was due to be delivered, I contacted them who then gave me tracking details. It took several more days to arrive from India - not what I was expecting. Not impressed that I had to chase them for shipping information and that it also arrived late.
