The covers arrived 1 month late, and costumer support could not provide any update.
Although the title is clear the images are a bit misleading and I was convinced I was going to receive cover+filling, but is cover only. Description should be clearer.

Regrettably, the pandemic has also affected supply chains and some materials are harder to acquire without compromising on the quality of the material. We are hard to work at resolving these issues so that we can return to meeting timelines on all orders.
With regard to the product images, it is not possible to show a cushion cover without a cushion inside it. However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. The description prominently displays the text: "We only offer the cover. The insert/cushion pad is not included".

This was a tricky piece of furniture to get right, comprising 9 different pieces to form a semicircular form which when opened up seats 8 people plus coffee table. So measurements were critical. The tool on the website proved invaluable and the cover fits like a glove. Choice of colour and quality of cover were an added bonus.
I would recommend them for regular and complex covers.
This is my second order to Cover & All and I was somewhat disappointed with how long it took to get my order done I had several communications with the design team that frankly don't bother reading the instructions.

Easy and ideal for a custom made product. They fit beautifully over our adirondack chairs and even tho we have a stool it also covers the stool when tucked behind the chair, so even more pleased that this can be covered too. The map showing measurements to take when ordering was reassuring too

Easy to use website but I was wrong believing this was a uk based company and delivery times were totally unrealistic!
I was promised delivery within 3 weeks but the actual delivery was 12 weeks late!
The cushion covers are excellent quality and fit now they have arrived, Wouid be much better if communication was honest and realistic instead of constant excuses and delays.
Everytime I chased I was given a new date. I ordered on 31st March for delivery on 14th April. My order eventually was shipped on 23rd May & arrived on 26th May!
