I called Statuary and spoke to a gentleman named Miguel not knowing he is the owner. I explained to him I wanted the smaller gargoyle not the large one Amazon was selling and he said no problem. He was so kind he not only didn't charge me shipping he also gave me a discount. My grandson who my late husband and I raised who is doing extremely well with his own company credits Jack and I for being the man he is today. Bought a garden statue as gift for my sister who lives in another state. The statue arrived on time and exceeded expectations.
I ordered 10 wall plaques, out of which 2 came damaged in mail. I sent them pictures of the damaged pieces. Received a call from Miguel who was very professional and understanding. They sent me the replacements right away without any extra charge to me. In awe of their products, and highly appreciate the customer support that I've received.

I have been trying and looking to get a fountain for months now. Most of the businesses online don't have the communication within the customer service. My experience with StatuaryOnline was amazing and I was able to get help through messages and on video calls in order choose the right fountain in the right color. Once I received it they called me to follow up and make sure that the fountain was set up properly. They helped me through video calls to set up my fountain properly. I highly recommend this company 100% for anybody who's looking at purchasing fountains for the first time. They don't just sell fountains they give you plenty of knowledge and instructions on how to set up and maintain the fountain.

Stopping for a fountain for our front yard, decided to go to a statuary specialty store.
Saw what we wanted in a catalog. Ordered it. It was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery company placed it very close to where rupture was going to be. When we were installing it, the item instructions were from WAYFAIR! I looked the fountain up and sure enough…Wayfair has it. $450 LESS. And with free shipping.
Not sure if the company sells to Wayfair, but it's rather annoying.
The fountain is really nice…color looks a bit off from what we chose, but it's ok.
The fountain arrived very well packed. The one I got was very heavy to move, but after all the effort it was solid and well worth it. I will say that the instructions told us to position the bottom basin in a way that showed the tube going up off the left side. We turned it around so the tube comes out the back and it looks much better.
I have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased from this company, in person and mail order. Good stuff.

I bought 4 Paul's for over the fence. They are so well made and a nice size. They add so much to my home. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I had to wait because they were out of stock but ordered as soon as I got notification that they were back in stock.
Ordered this statue for my mother when her cat of 18 years passed away. I talked to customer service and they were very polite and responsive. When I order the cat, it looked exactly as promised and was packed very well. Delivery after the order was placed was very quick.
My statue arrived in a timely manner, fully in tact. It was exactly as pictured. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival and asked if we needed any help. We told the gentlemen that we were looking for a large water fountain and described what we wanted. He told us to go ahead and look around and that if we did not see anything that we liked that he had books we could look through. He helped us look through the book and pointed out a few possibilities. We ended up purchasing one and he helped up with the check out. He told us how long it would take to receive the fountain and how to take care of it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come back.

Like you said, you came to a Statuary Specialty Store, We spent time with you in person to find the right Fountain and the right Color, something that the sellers of Wayfair don’t offer because you don’t know who you purchase from. Wayfair is just a platform with thousands of sellers. We offer Customer service. We send videos to our Customers to make sure they choose the right Fountain and color, we offer video calls to make sure they set up the fountain properly. Now there is a lot of people out there trying to make business without understanding how business works. People purchase wholesale products and they mark them only 30%-40% and they don’t make any profit but they have a sale. When you called us and let me know that someone is selling our fountains cheaper on Wayfair I offered you a return for a full refund, you said no because the fountain in Wayfair takes more than two Months to be ship. With us you received your fountain in two weeks. We don’t offer cheap fountains, we offer a Great Customer service. We have 67 Reviews, 65 with 5 stars, 1 with 4 starts and yours.
