Easy to understand measuring instructions etc. Measurements in inches nearly caught me out though. Despite calling the company when i knew i was away on the due delivery date it was delivered and left on my (in view) doorstep five days before i returned. No notification, no attempt to deliver to a neighbour!

Custom ordered, made to exact size. Took a bit longer to arrive but very pleased with quality.

I still dont have my sunshade. Its now 2 weeks after the promised date. I have contacted them to chase and have had no response!

Ordered a cover for my oval table and we'll pleased with the final product as it fits very well.

Covers were over a month late and there was zero communication from the company, every time i chased I was told they were on their way, just a bunch of lies. The covers did eventually arrive and are good, but a very stressful experience overall.

The cover I ordered was delivered on time and the quality is excellent.

Ordered a custom sail shade, the price was good, the delivery was a bit annoying as i paid a premium and it did not arrive on the specified day. But the main issue was that one dimension was 10 inches out from my order. I have manage to alter my fixings and it looks cool but that is quite a chunk out and meant more work for me.

Followed the guide for measuring and when the covers arrived were perfect. Excellent quality and arrived before expected.

Strong material, good fit. Elasticated bottoms so won't fly off in a gale. Good value.

I ordered 2 covers on 12th April 2021. They arrived 3rd June 2021 7.5 weeks later. The overs themselves look ok. Some loose stitching. Slightly baggy/big at one corner on each cover. But for the price happy. Delivery time nightmare.

I ordered a bespoke garden BBQ cover, although it took a little longer than expected the final product was excellent. Ordering was easy, list your measurements and any extras such as 'pull ties' that was it. The cover material is of high quality and on 1st impressions seem to be made to a high standard.

We received the wrong items over a week later than first promised.

Although the fabric seems to be good quality, the cover has arrived with a zip and I am sure I ordered tie fastenings. Also, I was expecting delivery on 26th May. We needed it for 28th May so that was fine. It didn't arrive and when I phoned the next day the background noise and accent made it impossible to understand. Eventually they put the phone down on me, the cover didn't come in time and we were forced to leave our patio heater uncovered at our holiday home. We don't return for two weeks and just hope that it isn't ruined.

Covers & All were great and the product is excellent, just what I was looking for. Measuring diagrams were good and they came back to me twice with queries to ensure I had done it right. Unfortunately FedEx were totally incompetent with the delivery and delivered it 4 days later than promised by them.
