Paid for Express delivery to arrive on 4th June and still no product today, 3 days later

Firstly the product is very well made. Unfortunately it took a lot of chasing and delays in being delivered even though I had paid extra for a quicker delivery. It took days for their customer care team to respond to my emails and only to be told that ‘these things happen and they will deliver when they can'. Anyway it's now been delivered two weeks late however I'm happy with the product now it's finally arrived.

I have now ordered 5 different clear tarps for my garden room. All were well main and delivered well ahead of forecast.

Second purchase from this company, and as with the first, I am very pleased with the quality of the product (Bistro set cover, and patio dining set cover both bespoke sizes). However, on both occasions delivery was later than stated.

Excellent service. Made to my sizes and fits perfectly. Good sturdy construction well vented and good tie toggles. Completely waterproof after a heavy downpour where water had pooled on the top. No water ingress to the table. Excellent quality

The product was late in arriving and there was no communication from the Cover & All either before or after the delivery date. I telephoned the company and spoke to an advisor who could not tell me where my product was delayed or why, and nor could they give me a new delivery date. This was particularly frustrating because I had ordered the item to protect my wooden garden furniture arriving a few days later. The appalling weather meant that I was forced to accomodate the huge package in my small living room for a week. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there wasn't one available and they wouldn't tell me anything different. I requested a manager call me back within 48 hours. No-one called. I eventually called them again and was assured that I would be given a 15% discount for the inconvenience. I have heard nothing further from the company. The item has now arrived, but no compensation recieved. Good quality product but not worth the hassle. I will never order from this company again.

Overall the product is very good, took time with getting the measurements correct which is what the customer wants. Both my products were a perfect fit.
I will be using them again and would recommend to others.

Was told that my cover would be delivered on the 2nd June - eventually received it on the 7th June. It went from Paris to London in less than a day and then took 4 days to get from London to Cornwall. Great cover, let down be delivery company.

Only part of my order arrived, not had a reply to my email regarding the balance.

Poor interpretation of BBQ measurements. BBQ is standard product and I was looking for a replacement cover. Cover supplied is functional but looks like a one size fits all.

We had to send detailed measurements which were checked at every stage. The covers arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. Definitely waterproof & look & feel like they should last years. Definitely worth the investment to protect my garden furniture. Would highly recommend this company
