When you pay for a service and get given a date that should be honoured, the items arrived 5 days later than promised

Covers came as expected and feel really good quality.
Took some time to come and weren't the cheapest, but acceptable given they were made to measure and the quality was good.

Excellent service. Emailed a few times for clarification on design and measurements. Product a very good fit - far far better than I was expecting. Would recommend to others and use again.

Bought the wrong cover received it called the company on the same day to let them know that I had ordered the wrong product they did not want to know even though the product was ordered by mistake

I can only say that the quality of these products are excellent. The price may be a bit more than your ebays etc but honestly there is no comparison. These covers are made to measure unlike other covers that will come off in high winds and are not waterproof as claimed. Delivery is quick and measuments are spot on, so much so that I ordered more for my other furniture. Garden furniture is not cheap and it's well worth paying that little extra for top protection with these covers. Thank you

It was a very easy buying process and the product is a perfect fit for our outside table. Good quality product. We are very happy with it.

Tyre covers were advertised as being printed onto custom made covers. They in fact came printed onto fabric and then shown on as a rectangle which makes it look terrible.

It also arrived two weeks late and when I was chasing it up I got two completely different stories.

Then when I wrote an email to complain, I haven't hear back.

All seemed OK till it came to the final delivery which to today has still not happened.

So well made and look great. I was dubious at the 5 year guarantee after having other covers fall apart in a year but I fully expect these to last 10 years!

Very good but a lot more expensive than I wished to pay. However now they have arrived and I see the quality I expected they will last for many years to come.

We were extremely satisfied with the product it met our and even exceeded our expectations, particularly the finish. Really can't find any oblivious faults. The material appears to be able to protect our furniture from inclement weather. All in all very pleased with the product.
