Everything was very good, and the covers are great.

I was impressed with how you adapted the size to suit the table top using the photo and dimensions I sent. It fits perfectly and I have already ordered another cover for my chairs.

Easy no hassle purchase had to wait a little while for delivery but it was worth it

Product arrived exactly as ordered. Very impressed. However, for a better experience, use a cardboard box to enclose the delivery. It arrived wrapped in a plastic bag inside which was loads of bubble wrap. Simple box would suffice. Also part of the order is being shipped separately and has not yeti been received. Don't ask for feedback until the whole of the order has been fulfilled.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, however the ordering process was very straightforward and I found the exact product I wanted - made to measure seat pad covers in a choice of colours. When the covers arrived they were exactly what I ordered, really good quality material and fitted perfectly - so I ordered some more. They only took 3 weeks to arrive from placing the order, and were totally worth the wait!

Very informative website. Caters for a large variety of items.

Firstly the Company denied receiving the order despite presenting payment to my Bank.
Then found order but suggested it was my fault for using incorrect email address, which was totally inaccurate.
Customer Service line was not manned on UK time.
Chat line was no help either as they did not clearly get the meaning of my problems, I think because I was being answered by a different person on each input. About 3 people were typing back during one chat.
Delivery times very extended, 4 weeks from order to delivery.
The Company appears to be UK based, but due to timescales in receiving email replies I believe it is US based.
If I had known that I would have purchased elsewhere. I certainly will not be using this Company again.
I have requested that my email address is deleted from their records, but they still keep sending product information.
A classic example of a Company not listening to its Customers even a dissatisfied one

Shipping was delayed but 7 days but when the product arrived we were thrilled. Great quality and exactly what we wanted for our bench style seating area with unusual dimensions. Zips are really good quality and work perfectly around the cushion cover..

I found the site quite difficult to fill out and needed to concentrate quite hard. During one amendment that I was making some numbers defaulted back to the original example. Luckily I caught this before I ordered. I got about 4 emails stating my goods would arrive on the 7th. They then arrived on the 8th. When they arrived they were completely creased all over like someone had simply rammed them in the bag with no thought or care what so ever. Now I have the covers and I have completed ironing therm all I am happy with the product so far.

To order my outdoor blinds was very simple on the website. However I ordered 2 No. Blinds and have received 1 No. So far. I have had to chase up the remainder of my order by phone, which is fine but it would've been nice to have received an indication that my order would be part shipped and to inform me of an ETA to complete the order. I am now having to wait 2 weeks to receive my other blind.

Easy to use website - I have feedback about adding different methods e.g. cm/Inches.

Fits trailer perfect. Ordered with eyelets and flexible corners. Plenty of eyelets down all sides.

Very pleased with chair covers, well made of weatherproof material, fits like a glove, good workmanship, will be ordering again very soon.

Well what can I say... wow just wow. Purchased replacement covers for our garden furniture and was kept informed about progress which was great but when the product arrived I was blown away with the quality. Will be placing another order for the rest of the garden. Highly recommended and value for money.

I'm so happy I found Covers & All on the internet. It was easy to take measurements & fill in the order form once one of the customer service agents helped me with a query. The bespoke service is really good value too.
