Order was very quickly despatched from India and arrived in U K in an amazingly express time. I was given the wrong delivery company name in the U K which made tracking impossible initially. The tracking number however was correct and on entering it to a search engine discovered the true identity of delivery company and tracked successfully.
Despite the parcel being delivered to the wrong address the delivery company quickly resolved the problem when I phoned them.
Apart from UK hiccup product excellent and would use Coverall again.

I ordered and paid in full for two covers. I then got an email saying the price had gone up and I owed another £35.00. When I asked why I was told for alterations. I said I did not want any alterations added to my original measurements. I eventually got told my order wouldn't proceed until I paid the extra £35.00. No refund was offered so I was left with being forced to pay an extra £35.00 demand or lose my original payment and no covers. Disgusting service. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
