The team are very thorough in ensuring all the measurements are accurate, and even though we changed our mind on some of the requirements and measurements, they made sure everything still made sense. Once everything was agreed, production and delivery was very quick. We've used bungee cords through the eyelets under the sofa to secure the cover.

The seller in London was very responsive and thoughtful, good to deal with, but their subcontractors in India brought the whole process down by trying to save shipping costs by squashing the whole product together in such a way that breakage was inevitable.

A couple of comments...wasn't aware that I had to approve drawings in a further sent email. This held things up.Also wasn't aware that it came from India. Having said that, great product and good value. Wish I had measured the distance between the head rests more acurately.
