After finding out the sail I ordered was made incorrectly... I highlighted this to the team with supporting evidence and still they have not dealt with my issue. You can only get through to a call centre and not the actual resolutions team.

Too Many people dealing with my inquiries... passed from one person to another... have to keep repeating my request to each person... seems very disorganised... takes a very time to get a quotation

After numerous interactions with design team: photos sent, measurements taken and retaken, when the cover finally arrived it is really just a bag that goes over the cockpit, quite baggy and doesn't seem to bear any relation to the measurements taken. Needless to say, considering the cost it is a very poor product.

The chair and settee covers are good, no issues there, but the customer service is terrible, I opted for the fabric with the 7 year warranty, but I could not find anywhere on the website where the details of the warranty were stated( I still do not know these details), therefore I telephoned the company, I was told by the representative that she could not help me as she was in the wrong department, she said a representative for the correct department would call back within the hour( still waiting for the call)
I then decided to try the chat feature, the person who I chatted with did not seem to grasp what information I was trying to glean, eventually she said that she would forward me the warranty details within 48 hours via email( once again, still waiting).
I do want some more covers, but this experience is putting me off going with this company

I ordered the cover, when the invoice arrived for checking the top and bottom measurements were the wrong way round, I telephoned and told the guy, he reversed them but told me it was £18.69 extra when I asked why he said the extra fabric involved, I said it was exactly the same measurements but just reversed so I couldn't see why the charge as overall no extra fabric would be needed, he argued with me about this, in the end I lost the will and just paid, as we needed the cover, I should have cancelled the order and asked for my money back, they are good quality products but I won't be buying from them again

It's fantastic being able to design unique covers for anything you want, the design team over all are very good at talking through your requirements, however the didn't execute 100% what i needed but perhaps that was me not giving enough information. Shipping was terrible, I paid extra to expedite the shipping as the item was needed desperately and they took 3 weeks longer than originally stated with no refund of shipping costs.
