Great service and products

Three items were relatively standard the other, an egg chair, was more bespoke. The designers took time to check that they had every possible measurement, shared the mock ups and ensured the end product was a perfect fit - I can thank them enough.
The quality of material, stitching and customer service are by all five star.

Good product poor service

Product was good but service and trying to get answers was very poor. Delayed for a month due to a second agreement of the design that they didn't explain to me. Have to look on the website to find the answer. No way of agreeing the design bar going via live chat. Eventually agreed and then another month awaiting dispatch. Finally sent. Tracking is useless as they say they are delivering on one day and it turns up 3/4 days after that with no explanation. Contacted customer services but they did not seem at all bothered despite the delays. Won't use again

PERFECT FIT

WE PURCHASED A CORNER SOFA FROM MAZE, HOWEVER THEY WHERE OUT OF STOCK AND SUGGESTED WE LOOK ONLINE. WE LOOKED AT NUMBER OF ONLINE SITES FOR MADE TO MEASURE COVERS.
COVER & ALL HAD THE BEST RANGE OF COLOURS, AT GOOD PRICES. THEIR WEB SITE IS CLEAR ON ORDERING, WITH A CHECK SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS. THE RESULTING PRODUCT IS GREAT AND AND FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Shocking customer service

This is not a UK company it's Indian, run by Indian call centre that doesn't own up to there mistakes and then do not fully refund you

Item manufactured in India despite the website suggesting it's UK based.
Tracking info provided but took ages.
Also email asking for review was addressed to "Dear -Testimonial-Desktop.png"... Very poor!

If I could give negative stars I would. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a shocking company in my whole like. What lurks beneath a very nice well produced website is a company somewhere east, possibly India. The design team and call centre is appalling and I would seriously question their comprehension of English. Ended up cancelling my order as spent a week on the phone with them - be warned

Really pleased with the cover we've bought for our Honwave boat. Never seen such a weather resistant fabric and it fits like a glove. Our only disappointment is the style of strap that is provided to secure the cover which we find a bit difficult to tension when on the boat. We have to crawl underneath the boat to do this.
