The keep giving me the run around after I presented the correct paperwork. Then I presented its something else. My passenger passed away I presented a death certificate first we will make exception to give u full travel credit. I say can I just change the name yes let's us sent certificate to hotel n airline now its been 2 month. Trip in February wtf... never use them again..
I have never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life. Our trip had to be cancelled due to COVID 19. We were given a credit and rebooked for December when COVID began to spread rapid again and it was highly recommended that we stay away from our destination. We wanted to reschedule but had no idea what was going to happen with COVID. The customer service agent gave us a credit and told us all we needed to do was book the trip before December 2021- I very specifically asked if we'd be able to book for 2022 because I am a teacher and the February and spring breaks would be best as the Christmas break trips were way more expensive than our credit was. He told me that was absolutely fine we'd be able to travel in 2022. Fast forward to November I called to book a trip for February break. They tell me I need to book and travel before December 14 2021. I explained what I had been told earlier and they said there was most likely nothing they could do. I tried to work with him and research trips that we could squeeze in between Christmas and New Years but they are all insanely more expensive than our credit is. I asked if I could go about getting a refund and was told it was not possible. This is the only company that I've seen not give out refunds due to the pandemic. Every single person I spoke with gave me different information. I would absolutely never book a trip with this company again and I highly suggest that nobody else does either. I lost thousands of dollars due to customer service agents not knowing how to do their job and a company that has no interest in helping their customers.

Absolutely the worst. We had to cancel and re-book our trip due to COVID and continuously got the runaround from them. First it was we just had to be-book our trip by a certain date, then it was travel by that date. Then we were told we had a hotel and airline credit SEPARATELY - so we paid additional money because the hotel was now more expensive, and when we tried to use the remaining airline credit - was told that it was actually a Cheap Caribbean credit (So should never had paid the hotel upcharge). Spend over 2 hours on the phone with them multiple times...
DO NOT USE - total waste of time.

Agent never followed thru with cancellation and then charged full trip price after in dispute with my credit card company. Sounds like common, bad business practice n I will file complaint with consumer services.

After switching a reservation and being told to rebook another one paying out of my own pocket, I was told I would get reimbursed via travel credits. After numerous phone calls to this company, I was given a different answer every single time. "That department is closed" or "we will call you back in a few days". Long story short, I have lost $800 that I will never get back. I will never use this company again and I would strongly urge you to do the same.

We have booked multiple times in the past with cheap Caribbean without issues. Unfortunately, we will never be booking with them again due to their shady tactics, misleading credit policies, and poor customer service.
We had to cancel a trip that we had booked due to the pandemic in 2020. When we attempted to get refunded, cheap Caribbean offered 20% additional value if we would take a credit instead of being refunded. They said we would be able to use it to just book flights, and that the credit was valid for a trip that we could book up until December of 2021. Unfortunately we made the mistake of not getting this in writing, and took the credit instead of refund. Recently when we tried to use this nearly $700 of credits, were told that we had to use the credit for a trip that we had to take by December 2021. There was zero customer service/empathy and they would not provide any extension for this when we had explained that the previous customer service rep last year had assured us that we could book the trip by December for a trip next year. They basically have stolen our money ($700) after convincing us to take the credit last year instead of a refund. Shame on them!
We will never be booking with them again.

Be more accommodating with regards to customer service during COVID-19. After at least six phone calls with customer service from March 2021 - September 2021, you offered to extend our $876 travel credit on from our reservation code, 43M000CJ, from 21 August 2021 to 31 December 2021. Instead, you gave us the big runaround and reneged on the offer, citing the company policy line. You have lost a customer.

On Saturday 10/9 around 11pm I booked a trip to Cancun leaving 10/29/21 until 11/05/21 & paid around $1800. Well, next morning, realized I was unable to go due to not having a passport ( my mistake). So I cancelled the trip next morning and was so upset after reading the reviews that I wouldn't receive a refund. However, I called ( wait time was an hour ish) and they had no problem refunding. They told me 8-10 days. I was still so worried so I live chatted 3 times to confirm I'd be getting a refund and I was told 14-21 business day. Sometimes up to 45 days. I was stressed out. But I knew I just had to wait. However on 10/14 I checked my account, and my full refund was in there, I am pleased and my opinion changed around. Refund took 4 business days.
Purchased a honeymoon for our son. He was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident after we booked. Called to cancel. They would not give money back nor would they put the credit in our name (since we paid for it even though their policy states that only the cardholder. Myself & husband…could make changes or cancellations to the reservation. Our son will not be able to travel for quite a few years…but the credit is only good for a year! COMPLETE RIP-OFF!

My card was charged twice for my vacation that we had to cancel originally due to Covid. We rebooked and they were only supposed to charge $75 which was the difference with new insurance and hotel charge. After 2.5 weeks and 3 hours on hold and trying to talk to someone to get my money back there is NO progress! $1450 charged twice is UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER book with them again. Half of the time it is hard to understand them which made the process even worse.

Due to the inclement weather at the destination (no running water, no power) we left the hotel early.
Hotel promised the full refund, Cheap Caribbean confirmed the same by email.
After that I have reached out to them a dozen+ times (email and phone calls) right now on hold it says the wait is more than 60 minutes...
I am not seeing any promised refund for almost 2 months, terrible customer service!

Fly was canceled And cheap Caribbean did not want to fix the booking dates with the hotel. Plus customer service fools on us they kept transferring us to supposedly to fix the problem I was on hold for 4 hrs they did not respond. Cheap Caribbean is a scam I'm not sure how USA let them make business.

My husband and I recently took a trip to Cancun Mexico and we had the most amazing time! Everything was so easy with cheap Caribbean including payments, flights, and transportation to and from the resort. I was a little nervous because of all the negative comments online but guys when I tell you everything was smooth! Once payment is complete they send you all confirmation #'s and detail instructions (itinerary) about your travel. We had no problems. As far as the resort it was absolutely beautiful we stayed at secrets the vine and it was simply amazing. I do encourage everyone to do your own research when it comes to selecting your resort. I read a lot of comments about the resort don't look like the pictures. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! Once you find a resort on cheap Caribbean.com leave their site and google the resort, and search for reviews. Also, check out YouTube videos! Lots of people on YouTube have already traveled to these places and can give you the real deal on how the resort looks. Overall, our experience was a 10 out of 10 and I will be booking our next trip through cheap Caribbean again.

The scammers stole my money! They lie on the phone and in order to get to someone in the phone I had to spend Seven hours to get anyone!
After I made a reservation they " lost"it and still charged my card anyway.
They perform illegal activity all the time!
They conveniently continued to cut the conversation on the phone not to return my money!
There are so many legal cases and charges on them!
They are criminals.

I am very disappointed with they services. We booked a trip with them in 2019 before Covid situation and we had to postpone due pandemic. When we are trying to use our credit to book a trip now there are are so many issues. They are not booking my trip. It's been a week with them with calling everyday and staying on the phones for hours. It looks like scam! To me. Stay away from them and NEVER BOOK ANY TRIP FROM THEM. I am planning to sue them or file a complaint with Better business buero. 6 k is alot of money to loose! It'd hard earned money. So much agony and frustration I have to go through.

I booked with this pos company 6 months ago. Wanted our anniversary to be as perfect as could get. We booked el dorado seaside suites Mexico, bottom floor swim up. I called and confirmed 3 times. We get here, and its 4th floor. My husband is terrifed of heights. The resort had to correct them, that they booked me wrong. They REFUSE to fix this. They sold me a Cadillac and we got a pinto. Beware when using future travel credits and if you pay more money to them to upgrade to a better vacation. You don't get back your full credits after different agents tell you different stories. Cheap caribbean is truly cheap to their customers. For people looking for a good deal becareful they are a lot to deal with. Poor customer service with their long holds and unreliable company. If you book with them be prepared to spend days on the phone with them. I have calls up to 4 hours dealing with them. Finally I told them my email proof (see below) they said agent misinformed you in writing. What a joke, they are looking for a lawsuit from many customers.

Our flight was cancelled and Spirit refund us the cost of tickets, $581.98, but transferred to their credit card, since they had it in the file. I tried to transfer this refund from Cheap Caribbean to me, no luck. They do everything to keep your money. I sent 5 emails, and 2 calls with waiting time 60 min.

They advertise free test COVID, 100$ if you enter your email on their site, and few others free stuff and when you get to the destination the hotel charges you!
If you call Cheap Caribbean they blame on the hotel policy and you end on paying what they promised you free

I originally booked my vacation in May and ended up having to cancel the day before due to personal reasons. When we cancelled we were told the only thing that we were being penalized for was one night stay at the hotel the rest would be on a credit. When August came and we were ready to rebook we were told that we were charged a one night stay of $487, $400 from the airline, and $90 transportation fee. I spoke to 3 different people due to dropped calls and not receiving a call back from anyone I was originally talking to. I had to go through the point of having them review my account in attempts to correct the lies I was told about all of the fees. Once we got to the hotel we immediately realized that the hotel was outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures that were shown at booking. It was outdated, dirty, had a smell, and the furniture broke on us durning our stay. The food in the hotel was also mediocre. We asked several times to be moved to another hotel or room and nothing happened. Even with the inconvenience Cheap Caribbean and the hotel wanted to charge us a two night cancellation fee to switch hotels or $60 a night to change rooms when the furniture and cleanliness was their fault. This wasn't a regular vacation it was a birthday/honeymoon trip. We were told that if we went and toured the newer hotel that they would be able to work out us switching since they owned the hotel as well and that turned out to be a timeshare presentation and since we turned it down they told us they couldn't do anything for us. This experience was draining and a headache and I will not be doing it again through CheapCaribbean, who is also owned by the same people the hotel is owned by. Way to take care of your customers.
