WORST experience ever and will never use this company again! Do not book with them! TERRIBLE customer service! There website constantly has "technical difficulties" when trying to complete a booking, and when you call them to complete the booking due to the websites "error" they come up with a WAY higher price then the price that was provided to you at the time of checkout. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!
That was not our choice by the airlines. CC said it would take up to 90 days to get the refund and it is now March 2022. Still nothing. Online customer service is not helpful and directs you to call. Calling toll free number automatically disconnects you and has for the last several days. Used them so many times in the past for years and this is just awful. Will not be using them again.

I booked a vacation with friends on this site. And immediately they moved flights on us making us lose another day on vacation... Also, their customer service is HORRIBLE... don't listen and never can help...

We booked a vacation through them in 2020, which was cancelled. They initially gave us our full travel bank then later took away the flight credits. We have been trying to resolve for 6 months and they agree we are owed flight credit but never are able to resolve, always have to call us back, but never do. Wait times for customer service are always at least 1 hour, have been days.

I booked a vacation for my husband and I through Cheap Caribbean on 6/28/21 costing $3,334.48. Due to covid restrictions at the vacation destination and covid outbreaks at home we had to cancel the trip. The airline refunded Cheap Caribbean and the hotel was never booked. However cheap Caribbean is refusing to refund us our money for a trip we cannot take. Additionally their online FAQ states we cannot give our trip to other individuals as a "travel credit " but be used by the original buyers. We are unable to use our credit for various reasons including covid. We want a full refund as we do not believe cheap Caribbean should be pocketing our money for a trip we cannot take for something out of our hands, in addition to the fact that the vendors/ resorts are not booked. Another complaint was filed with the BBB for the same reason.

I'm going to try to make a very, very long story short. I initially thought the website was user friendly. After purchasing a vacation to Cancun for 5, I noticed the return flight was not what I had clicked on. I had 24 hours to make any changes so I called the same day. The rep assured me no problem, changed our flight and sent me a new confirmation. The next day I went on to the Delta site to choose our seats, and the old flight was still there and continued to be for the next 5 days. I called Cheap Carribbean and they said everything on their end was fine, it's on Delta's end. I chatted with Delta twice and they said since it was booked through a 3rd party, they could not touch the tickets. I also called Aeromexico because the return flight started through them; they said it takes a while for the "computers to sync." I spent a total of 10 hours between Delta and Cheap Carribbean trying to get it fixed. It took 5 days and multiple phone calls for Cheap Carribbean to admit the change HAD NOT BEEN MADE. I was even told the screen the regular reps see is not the actual screen that shows the flight change. WHAT?! Not one time did they offer to compensate me for the HOURS that I spent trying to correct THEIR mistake. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THEM. I was constantly put on hold, the reps were VERY difficult to understand and we would have ended up stranded in a foreign country had I not pursued the issue. I cannot imagine what it would have been like to have had the wrong flight, in Mexico, and put on hold for hours. Go through a legit travel agent.

In a haste, I booked a vacation and ended up being over charged 750 when compared to a competitor site.
They did not price match and made me jump through hoops just to tell me in the end the hotel didnt price match and I wasnt able to cancel the trip. I am not even looking forward to going now and Im very bitter about this.
I hate this site so much. Do not be fooled by the name cheap caribbean. There is nothing cheap about it. They are nothing but scammers!.

They will put you on hold forever. They will work with you for 45 min then tell you they can't help you and they'll need to transfer you, sending you on a wild goose chase. They will refuse to let you talk to a supervisor and the email that they say you should email with concerns? That doesn't actually go anywhere and you won't get any response to your complaint. RUN as far away from this website as you can!

I booked a trip for my me and my friend. We called to change the date and add a person, well not only did we have to call 4 times because, they didn't add our third person, but they also never issued airline tickets for 2 of us in the group! I was on hold for 4 hours for the third day when the agent said he'll call me back with confirmation number for the tickets once they've been issued. He never called me back! I called them back and they suddenly don't have my reservation number or my name and any of my group members name in the system. She asked me if I was sure their company emailed me confirmation (proof below)! There is no supervisor to speak to and I'm told there's nothing that can be done to help me! I would never use this company. They're a scam/fraud/ out to get your money!

This was the worst agency to deal with. They canceled our flight 2x and every time we tried to reach out they kept us on hold for hours! The worst customer service. Take your money elsewhere, it's not worth it.

Had an issue with the transportation from the airport to the hotel I had booked through cheap Caribbean. I was never able to get proper help as the issue kept going to different agents who would never read the initial context. Was a time sucker and a frustrating experience.

I paid $450 night, and got a $219 room. The flights didn't include baggage or seats, another $400 added.

0 customer service, run far away from this website, and do not use it! If everything is good in a perfect world your experience may be ok, but as soon as something goes wrong they do everything they can to screw you out of anything they can! American Airlines delayed our flight which made us miss a connecting flight. It caused chaos and hell for a night and now no one will do anything to compensate us! We had to spend a fortune to get us and our 3 children back home and no one will pay up! Cheap Caribean says contact AA and AA says contact CC because we booked with them!

Never ever book a vacation from cheap caribbean. Their service and customer service is garbage. They never help with anything. And charge you many hidden fees and panelty if you have to reschedule or cancel. And they dont even have a more options for the flights. And also their rates are so high compare to others. Nearly a month before our scheduled trip, our daughter's doctor advised not to go due to medical concerns. I was on the phone with a customer service representative who hung up on me 45 minutes into our conversation and then I find out the next day from a different agent (who had told me I'd receive a travel voucher) that we would receive $0 in travel vouchers. I've been told so many different things by the agents and am walking away losing 3,000 dollars. They wouldn't even let me gift the trip to a family member.

Booked a Jamaican trip a month or two before with cheap Caribbean and it was the worse experience I ever experienced. First off they never gave us a travel form athorization email to prepare for it. Then after completing the forms we all get approved except for my 18 month son, which doesn't make any sense, then to top it off they want to charge a cancel fee when it wasn't a cancel it was the rejection of a baby. I will fight to the end before I let them rob me. Be careful out there think I just got scammed.

I booked a simple 4 day 3 night getaway during the week, unfortunately me and my wife were expose to covid-19. We made the HUMANE choice and decided not to get on the flight to Mexico. Prior to making this decision we tried reaching out to Cheapcarribean and we could not get in contact with anyone until the day of the trip. Flight left at 8:50 and no one answered till 9:00am. I DO NOT recommend this agency, if you don't mind losing your money or if you don't care about possible spreading a virus and let them deal with it, then by all means. You'll find better deals on Priceline and Booking.com

Answer: I was on hold for almost an hour. It's pretty difficult to get in touch with someone.
Answer: They are a Scam avoid even in disaster like caronavirus they will not refund you.
