I will not be booking with this travel service again. Went through hell to do a cancelation and everyone keeps giving you the run around. Plus use another service I regret not listening to the reviews
I booked a vacation las year for me and my mother and I don't know what was happening with delta but we were in the airpot for quite some time. When it was time to check in we were told that they gate was closed although it was like 3 hours before the flight. We were told that we needed to reschedule our vacation. In that transaction delta stole the money for both flights. I been trying to contact cheapcaribbean for the longest of time. Its been a year since I booked that vacation to Aruba. When I called last year I was told that since I had insurance on my package that all the money will be return. However, after calling like 100 times because I want to know when my credit will expire. These people tell you wait on the line I will transfer you to another Department because they are the ones who deal with this and they just hang up every time. They tell you I will call you back but they don't like is our money not worth it? Not only you are stealing from me over 2000 dollars but now the people you are hiring don't want to help like what $#*!ing scam is this?

I was provided inaccurate information in regards to my trip credit. I was told I had until July to book my trip with my credit, when I called to book a new trip they said that it expired and it was noting they could do, even after I've paid over $1000 for my trip. They wont respond to any emails, nor do their agents know their policy. I would NOT RECOMMEND this site for any booking. It was very unprofessional and I'm currently looking to start a legal case against this company. No customer should lose out on money if services weren't provided.

In June 2021, I booked a trip to DR for May 2022. I received confirmation from Cheap Caribbean and Delta. We leave in 10 days so I went to Delra.com to prints documents. Everything came us with exclamation marks and red. At some point, all our flights changed and now none of them connect... both ways! I called Delta, 3.5 hours later was told Cheap Caribbean has to fix as they are not paid until flight has commenced. Called Cheap Caribbean but they were closed. I emailed them and got a email saying sorry for inconvenience, we want to let you know delta has made changes to your flights. NO changes can be made as it is within 8 days of travel and you don't have travel insurance. Seriously?! This is not a issue with travel insurance. Flights changed at some point and nothing was done to fix nor was I notified. I will be calling again at 7am. They are my booking agent, they need to fix this.

Very poor customer service, They are looking ways to take your money and then never pay back. They gave my future credit although I cancelled reservation within few hours of booking it by mistake. There is no way to use the future credit automatically, you have to call them to use it and no one reachable.

I booked a trip and the trip protection plus at 5:10 pm on April 24th. I tried to cancel it all day on April 25th through their website which said that it was temporarily unavailable. Then I was able to chat with an agent through the website who could do nothing except tell me to call the 800 #. When I finally reached a live person to cancel it was 6:40 pm on April 25th. They said I missed the 24-hour cancellation time frame and would not provide a refund. Even though the reason it did not cancel on time was due to their website and chat agent who couldn't help me. I canceled the very next day and they kept my deposit for doing nothing.

If you choose Cheap Caribbean after reading these reviews you deserve to get ripped off. Trip was cancelled due to covid 19 and was issued travel credit 3 times after months of calls and e-mails. First two times credit suddenly disappeared when I tried to redeem it and the third time cheap Caribbean issued me a credit that expired a year prior? Incompetent, unprofessional. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

We have booked five trips with cheap Caribbean.Our travel voucher expired in December. We were able to use a flight credit but unable to use our travel credit. In April I get an email stating it had been extended until June. With both of us working full time we are not able to use it. When we booked these trips, we booked with two other couples. We spent a lot of money with this company and it will be our last. I hope they enjoy the approx $2600. 00 they stole. We will never use them again. I don't like writing reviews but It's not right that they keep my money. They can't be trusted

I traveled to Cancun in January (2022) and both the flight to and from there was canceled last minute. I had to purchase airline tickets from another airline (which were double the amount I originally paid through Cheap Caribbean) or be stranded at the airport. I have called and emailed and also spoke to the online 'Chat' for Cheap Caribbean on numerous occasions. I either get no response or told that the airline has not refunded Cheap Caribbean, so I have to wait for my refund. I think this is crazy. I purchased the original tickets from Cheap Caribbean directly, not from the airline. Should not be my problem if they have to chase their money to get their own refund. My trip was great otherwise and I would have used Cheap Caribbean again if not for this problem. I will never use this company again.

I will never be using Cheap Caribbean's services again. Their customer service team is almost impossible to get a hold of, and their shuttle service - Amstar - did not have a vehicle for us at the airport so we had to take a $200 taxi and were told that we would be reimbursed via Cheap Caribbean. This never happened - they said they will only issue us a credit that we need to use in 13 months. As if I want to use a service that didn't deliver the first time? And they refused a refund. DON'T BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

What a scam. Booked an 8 day all inclusive trip with three rooms. Upon arrival we were told that 2 rooms were at one resort and the third at another resort. We cancelled the one room and had to make use of the two rooms at the resort we paid to stay at. Then we were told we are not all inclusive which added another 3 thousand dollars on our trip. Stood three hours at the front desk on the phone trying to resolve something to be told we have to pay for the all inclusive that was supposed to be already paid for. Then cheap Caribbean had the audacity to tell us they would give us a discounted all inclusive rate which was the same price as the resort offered. Total scam. I'm not sure how they sleep at night.

We used cheap caribbean for our May trip to Mexico. The flights they confirmed were cancelled, they didn't even know. If my wife hadn't called the airline direct to check flight status we'd have showed up at the airport for a flight that didn't exist, and we had the confirmation documents from cheap caribbean confirming we were on a flight that didn't exist. If that's not bad enough, THIS HAPPENED TWICE!, on one trip, it's actually hilarious. We had two flight cancellations, they didn't tell us about. We had to take care of it ourself. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, IT'S A SCAM. They are not a booking / travel agency. Once you pay, they do not watch your reservation for you or service your account. The explanation we were given is that the airlines do not inform them of flight cancellations. I laughed at that because every airline sends automated emails of flight changes. Just garbage...

I don't usually write reviews or say I'm never doing something again, but I'm never booking w/ you guys again! And I will make sure my family and friends do the same! You guys have the worse customer service I have ever experienced! Your associates are always disconnecting calls after putting customers on hold for long, long extended periods of time and never doing what they "promise" or "guarantee". I have a credit of $288.86 from a trip booked in 2020. Booked a new trip on Jan 29 2022, well ahead of my deadline to use my credits, and not only were they not applied to my trip after notes clearly say they should, they are now telling me I don't even have any credits! I mean you guys are really just going to steal almost $300? This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Not only will I be leaving negative reviews everywhere that I can find, I will also be contacting the Bureau of Better Business! Me and my family and friends have booked 5 or 6 trips with you, but moot anymore. This was it! After talking to numerous customer service agents over the past couple years, and being placed on long holds each time to be hung up on and given false promises and guarantees, I will make sure everyone I know, knows how I was treated and to not book with you guys ever again! As a company, you should strive for excellence and you have not even come close!

My wife and I booked a jamacia vacation but then Covid hits cheap Caribbean cancels vacation and here it is now that won't refund our money the credits they say we need to use by June 30 of 2022 which is unexceptionable so they just keep our money and out $800 very bad business, can't use the credits in the U.S. because cheap Caribbean had nothing in the U.S. what a scam never use them again. Then on phone for 2 hours and can't understand the person we are talking to.

I booked a trip and I had insurance on my trip in 2020. Then they canceled my trip due to covid. They told me I had until December 2021 to go. I still wasn't comfortable going out of the country due to covid but I was forced to book a new trip. If not I would loose my money. When I tried to book they told me I had lost half of my money, my flight, excursions and my transportation money. They said all I had was 400 dollars to put towards a new booking. I am so upset they took my hard working money and my didn't get to go on my trip. This is not right!

We booked the hotel and transportation. When we arrived to Cancun we were refused to get a transportation which we paid for. Instead of that the Amstar representative got us in a car where we paid $100 for 20 min drive and we were refused to get any confirmation of the payment. And the driver accepted only cash! I called the Cheap Caribbean customer service next day and spent more than 2 hours on a phone trying to solve the problem. Still no money, no transportation! Scam! I have confirmation of my prepaid transportation and can provide it as a proof.

I booked a trip pre covid for a bachelorette. I couldn't make the new trip and was told that I did take it and that there were no credits to my name. I was told I could not get refunded and that I had no credits even though I paid over 1,000 dollars and never took a trip. Complete robbery.
