After considering both sides. 30 days to get money back, just makes no sense. I purchased the vacation and canceled on the same day. Being a business owner myself, it was just a simple reverse the transaction process, the company just seems real shady. I really hope they give me my money back before 30 days.
I book through this site and it was the worst choice ever. The hotel didn't have hot water the ceiling was leaking the food was bad. Not American friendly no one speaks English. The excursion where not up to my cleanliness level. The gave us used mouth pieces even though covid19 is still put here. I have a 400 dollars credit that I will not use because I will never use the company site again a totally waste of money

They refused to give us any kind of refund or credit to reschedule a trip even after we spoke to multiple representatives explaining the family reason for why we could no longer travel out of the country.

I had a vacation planned to Cozumel in the spring of 2020 with Cheap Caribbean. When covid hit, it was cancelled. CC got all their money back from the airlines and resort, but would not reimburse me for the full amount. I had to file the insurance claim, which only paid back 75%. Crooks!

Cheap Caribbean charged me for a 12yo child that was supposed to stay free at The Crown Paradise Club resort in Cancun, Mexico. The hotel's website states that children 12yo and younger stay free. This information and the child's age is on the receipt from Cheap Caribbean.com. Cheap Caribbean.com never responded to my many emails regarding the charges and they were VERY unprofessional. They hung up on me when I was at the hotel trying to dispute the charge and they told me that they had withdrawn funds from my account without my approval. The hotel refused to refund or acknowledge the overpayment. It appeared that this was normal practice for Cheap Caribbean.com and the Crown Paradise Club resort in Cancun, Mexico, as the other party that I was with and another party that was checking into the hotel had similar issues. DO NOT USE CHEAP CARIBBEAN.COM. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THEY ARE GUILTY OF FALSE ADVERTISMENT! THEY ARE A SCAM! This site does not deserve the 1 star that I had to give them!

I had a flight cancelled and the airlines be refunded cheap Caribbean. I have been waiting over a month to get my refund from them. Every time I call I get terrible customer service and the story changes every call. I will never use this service again, Expedia offers the same prices and service.

Day before my 5k+ trip, I find out our flights were "cancelled". Apparently we were supposed to depart the June 28 even though all of our confirmation emails had said the 29th. Bunch of idiots. We called the numbers on the website - no longer in service. Called different numbers and asked for help - 4 different people hung up on us and said they didn't work for cheap carribbean. United airlines couldnt help us since it was booked through a third party. We cant even get airfare credit since it was a bundle package. Called CC and have been on hold for hours with no answer as to what happened. Lamest service people ever! Spread the word - horrible nightmare for a long desired trip. I paid for a trip to Aruba to celebrate my 29th anniversary. We boarded the plan in Atlanta and the reservation off boarded us off the plane in Philadelphia. I called several times to get the itinerary changed. The representative refused to make the changes without $800 more dollars. I asked to speak with a manger. I was left on hold for about an hour. When the representative returned, I was informed he couldn't find a manger. Our flight was changed from Monday to Tuesday. We missed an excursion because of our late arrival. We did receive a refund, but no opportunity to speak with any one from cheap Caribbean. Our email went ignored. I wouldn't recommend them if you want to have a stress free vacation.

My flight from Jamaica was delayed several times and eventually cancelled. When calling cheapcarribean I received no answer because it was after hours?!?! The customer service number I could get through wouldn't/ "couldn't" help because we were still on our vacation. Will never use this miserable company or recommend it again.

Two problems:
1. I am based in Canada and the payments page DID NOT show any currency until after the payment went through which then I realized was in USD. I payed way more than expected but decided to let it go.
2. I got COVID at the last minute and tried to call to cancel. I was ok with not getting a refund and instead getting a credit. On the website, it doesn't state ANY dollar amount about the penalties. I called and they tell me if I cancel today, the total cost of penalties will be $800 and if I cancel tomorrow it will be $1200. I paid $1500 for the trip. It not my fault I got COVID. Why I am I being penalized so harshly? None of this was listed on the website and it's so frustrating. I will NEVER book from this place.

The very best thing about the Old Cheap Caribbean was not the prices…it was the Beachologists. The people who not just sold you your vacation, but took an interest in you! You just had to contact your personal beachologist to get things done and to fix anything you could find wrong…if anything. Apple has removed this service and does whatever the rest of the world does, customer service agent in India that can barely talk English.
My last experience was the topper. I get a call and an email from Cheap Caribbean 12 hours before my vacation was to begin saying I had a past due amount of $240 and they were going to cancel my $3300 vacation if I did not pay up immediately. I texted them a copy of my receipt that said that I paid in full. That did not deter them from threatening my vacation. After two hours and 5 phone calls I finally got a copy of an itinerary and receipt that said paid in full. I am stressed, it's why I needed the vacation. This started off my vacation horribly.

By far THE worst company to book for travel. 7k vacation with travel insurance. They are refusing to credit despite having an email showing the travel insurance. Claiming I do not have it? Total scam. Never again

My mother has booked through here with Lynette Burelli before so we decided to do so again. My problem is the insulting comment she made that was unnecessary and unprofessional to me on the phone a few minutes ago. She told my mother last week on 5/31/22 that if we didn't book basically that day/week that the price would go up due to flights. Everyone included in the trip got the deposit ready that same day. My mother reached out to her that day as well as the next. We didn't hear from her until YESTERDAY 6/5/22. With that being said we just had an increase of price which is fine although inconvenient. My problem is the comment she made when i said it wasn't fair to us because we were deposit ready LAST WEEK and could of payed the price we were quoted at. Her response was she couldn't be available 24/7. The lack of communication on Lynette's part resulting in the fees going up and the ignorant comment really left a bad taste in my mouth. Why take a job if you can't be "available" you literally work from home. And the fact that my mother reached out to her multiple time prior to us hearing back from her is extremely unprofessional. She tells my mom she had last minute training resulting in her lack of response. That's literally not our problem and we honestly could care less. I feel like we should be compensated in some kind of way and it not be an issue in this regard. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Cheap Caribbean is run by a bunch of scam artists! I was told at time of cancellation I would receive a refund for our trip ($3,226.44) only to be told a month later when I called to see why I hadn't received the money that we will only be getting travel credits. Had I been informed of this at time of cancellation, I would have never cancelled. They are making SO much money off of scamming people like this.

I tried modifying my reservations but I was told that I wasn't able to modify. I was told I would have to pay the full amount for 2 people. I explained to customer service the second person was not able to attend but I was informed I would still have to pay for 2 people. This is the worse customer service experience I have had. My trip doesn't start until 3 weeks and this company is already asking for the full amount, won't let me modify or remove the second person from the trip. Customer service is the worse. Book with Priceline, booking and etc because they let you modify, cancel, and give you a refund 1-3 days before your trip. This is a scam company. They charge fees and other extra charges if you try to cancel or modify. They don't give refunds. They give you credit that has to be used by a certain deadline. Please don't book with them. I've called customer service serval times and they all have given me the same answer. This is a foreign company and scamming people for their money.

Please do NOT book with Cheap Caribbean! We booked a trip in January 2022 for April 28th 2022. Everything was ok at first we paid, got our hotel details, flight reservations, conformation emails. We show up to the airport the day of our trip and find out there were no flights to Cancun that day in fact Frontier airlines stated this flight didn't even exist. We called Cheap Caribbean immediately from the airport and they were clueless and couldn't resolve the issue. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and every time I call I talk to someone new who has no clue about my situation and have to explain it all over again. As many times as I've called and talked to someone you would think someone would know what is going on and could resolve this issue but NOTHING. Frontier airlines refunded our money back in a timely manner. However, they had to refund it back to Cheap Caribbean since we booked through them and yet Cheap Caribbean still hasn't even gave us our flight money back. We paid a total of 1,375 for this trip. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I've sent numerous emails as well and have received no responses. We are now seeking legal action! Please take my advice and save your time, energy and money and book somewhere else.

I had to cancel my vacation. In total I paid over 2000. My refund was originally 800 because of so many penalties they charge then they told me 600 then a week later they said it was only 430. Do not use this site. Horrible customer service too!
